I always order the same thing: chicken fajita burrito. This contains 3 main ingredients: rice, chicken, fajita veggies. It is almost guaranteed that they will be out of at least one ingredient(of 3!!). After many aggravating visits today was the final straw. Tthe cilantro-lime rice had neither cilantro nor lime — when I asked if there was cilantro I got a rude«no» without apology and it wasn’t until I ate the burrito that I realized there was no lime either. Fajitas? Shocker… none. It’s a miracle they had chicken. In the meantime the possible manager is barking about getting online orders done. Finally time to pay and the cashier disappears. In the end I bought a burrito that had no taste and contained none of the things I like. Clearly this location cannot handle both walk-in customers and online orders… or customers in general. Bye bye Chipotle. I gave you chance after chance, even remaining loyal after the health scare, but now you are dead to me.

Updated based on recent experience : Wait times are less, staff are okay and I have had decent experiences recently. For now I think that the place is good enough to be frequented keeping aside the one off experience

We used to love this place but these last two times we’ve ordered, it’s been a disappointment. For starters, when you take the time and patience to place your order online– it tells you when it will be ready for pickup. But it’s NEVER ready. They actually don’t even start making it until you get there. And even still they’ll make you wait to start it. And then the chips… They used to best my favorite thing there. But now they’re always soggy and stale tasting. Too bad. And now the guac. It’s old and is basically a huge hard avocado chunk. I hope they improve they’re game, or we’ll have to start going somewhere else.

My family likes a chipotle dinner once in a while. Just now we walk in and as I’m ordering, I am impressed with the cleanliness UNTIL I observe a man handling food push down on the trash contents with his bare hands and then goes back to stocking plates on shelves! I immediately tell the individual serving me and he is less than concerned. Come on guys! You should know better and frankly with all the recent bad press I’m surprised policies aren’t tighter! No one to blame other than management for lack of policy adherence here folks.

I enjoy chipotle and happened to be in the Framingham area for work. Bad choice coming to this one. Should have read other reviews when it was said how slow and dirty they were. The service was quick today since I walked in and no line. However the cashier always had a confused look on his face when cashing people out. He was the only one who could have gone a little faster but I didn’t mind since my food was quick. However, they ran out of napkins, their area by the soda fountain looks dirty. The restaurant itself hasn’t been swept all day. It’s clear to see. Also, the tables were all a mess. The team members seemed friendly today. It’s the restaurant itself. If they cleaned in between the rush time when they have a little downtime, this place has potential. Unfortunately, once it heads downhill it’s hard to turn it back around without their corporate stepping in. Please remind team members to clean the restaurant in between times.

This is the poorest service I have experienced my whole life eating at Chipotle. I come in to order — They ran out of chicken. I have to now wait 15 minutes… After 20 minutes I finally get to order and find out they are all out of pinto beans. It’s evident this is an excuse of a fast food restaurant. Never coming here again.

Probably the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Employees were inattentive at best. I was informed that the lettuce was for salads, not burritos… They were out of burrito lettuce. Had to ask three times for extra cheese. He kept adding the tiniest amount each time. Line was really slow moving. 1÷18÷2016 — thought I’d give it a second chance. It couldn’t possibly be as bad as I thought. It was clearly an off night last time. Nope. Worse this time. They ran out of chicken. Even though they were busy cutting up freshly cooked chicken, the entire restaurant came to a total standstill. Being out of chicken for a few minutes was enough to to completely stall all operations. They could not conceive of a possible solution beyond a total work stoppage. AND they couldn’t just cut up enough chicken to start the line back up with the couple who were waiting with half made dinners for chicken. They all stood and watched the cutting guy cut up the chicken! This is literally, the worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. After waiting 10 minutes, I finally left. At this point, I’d sooner eat just about anywhere else.

nasty, unsanitary, and a lot of rude ghetto staff. Used to love chipotle but dont know what the hell happened. I got food poisoning at chipotle twice from the chicken and the other was the cilantro. Tainted meat and lettuce is real shady. very dirty tables and crazy runs on the throne after you eat here. Its only a matter of time this whole chain will go out of business.

Sorry folks! Don’t know why everybody thinks these guys are great. I always feel sick after eating there. After the recent bad news about them, I have two words — never again!

Chipotle is really good, but here they don’t give you enough, and it’s ALWAYS packed because it’s a little slow. The workers are very nice though and always smile!

I’m standing in line now waiting to order after almost 20 minutes…at 2pm on a Sunday. Better than fast food quality but definitely sit down restaurant speed. Beware if you’re in a rush.

Still just as bad as the last time. I ordered online to skip the crazy line that they have at all time only to end up with the completely wrong order. If you have two online orders with the same name maybe you should make sure you give the customer the right one. This place is by far the worst fast food joint I’ve ever been too. Just awful!!!

I don’t like to write reviews of corporate places, because I doubt they hold any weight at all, but this Chipotle is awful. Please don’t go here, this place needs to close. The tables are always disgusting, and trash cans are always overflowing. I won’t be going back though not for that reason, but because of the manager.(At least, I think he was the manager.) This Chipotle is always super busy, with a line out the door and a super slow pace. By the time you get to the counter, you’re hungry and tired of waiting, with little patience left. So here’s what happened that was the nail in the coffin for me. I’m in at the counter, in the part of the line where they add quac/sour cream/those things. I had to then wait because the manager jumped the line to make two tacos for his friends. He takes his time making the food, flirting with the girl working next to him, draws some hearts on the bowl covers, and then hands the bag of food to the two girls that walk in the door and come give him a big smile. It was so rude. I don’t think they even paid for the food. Like, really?

I visited the Framingham location for lunch today. I arrived at 11am(when the restaurant was supposed to open) and they opened their doors10 minutes late. Once inside, I had to wait to place my order because their registers weren’t open and half their food was not done cooking. I would have walked out but I had already wasted half of my 30 minute lunch break! They finally took my order and didn’t have the fajita veggies or the chicken that I had wanted. No apology, no explanation and no discount for the inconvenience. I work in retail and spent many years in various food service jobs. I would have just comped the food and sent the first few people on their way. Really, all I had wanted was a chicken burrito!

Terrible customer service. The last hour, they run out of most stuff and if you ask for a bit more of the stuff remaining, so that you at least have a filling meal, they will give a look like you asking for a gold bar. Anytime I had visited around or after 9PM, thats the story. I have stopped visiting them altogether. The rating is just for this particular location, I am a big fan of Chipotle otherwise.

The chicken bowl is a food group more than just an offering at a restaurant I cannot say enough good things about Chipotle except they lack consistency. The dish varies based on the crew cooking at the time. Its very disappointing when you know the food is not going to be as good as it could based on the crew working at the time. They used to have the same people all the time, but recently switched it up and thats where the inconsistency occurred. Chipotle overall deserves 6 stars, but its difficult to swallow the fact you are sometimes paying for a sub par dish.

This chipotle is just s busy, which is not their fault, chipotle is amazing. What is their fault is the attitude and anger from the staff. They are constantly blaming each other for mistakes and decisions and it’s not a happy place. Come on management, make this a happy place!

You’ll pay $ 2.05 for guacamole. You’ll wait in line for 15 minutes for a cold burrito. You’ll hate it. And you’ll love it. Because it’s Chipotle. Just don’t plan on grabbing a clean seat.

Don’t wait in that long line. Fax or call in your order and pick it up. They have quick form that helps you decide what you want. Go down the list and pick out the salsa, item, veggies, meat to make your selection. Then you can fax in a lunch order for the office or simply call it in and pick it up. Don’t wait in the long line. Call ahead! Even out in the parking lot. Call ahead and finish your shopping then go to the little pick up window and done. Food is hot and yummy. I usually get the veggie tofu bowl with 3 salsa beans and rice. Reasonable price and I typically get two meals out of it. Although most people do eat the entire bowl.
