Service was friendly but it may have been one of the worst meals I’ve ever had in my life. Everything in the chicken burrito tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. This place does not stand a chance against Chipolte.

A safe bet– good pork burrito the toppings seemed dreams nice-and the chips with the queso and guacamole were very good– The store and the kitchen line appeared clean and organized But nothing wow’d me here.

Not sure what it says about my life that I’m actually comparing this Moe’s to the one in Westboro… but I like the one in Westboro a little better. This one is ok, we had to wipe down our booth and the guy spooning out my food was not very generous(but then again, did I absolutely need a lot? No. So maybe he was right). It was all just ok and I’ll stick to the one in Westboro. But at any of these, I feel bad that the employees have to yell out«Welcome to Moe’s!!» whenever someone comes in. It reminds me of Jennifer Anniston and her Flair problem. I don’t think any employees really love doing it and management should pick up on that.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I don’t generally update reviews, but I go to this Moe’s a lot. The little thing at the register where you log your visit for free queso every 10th visit has way to many recorded visits from me. I digress. I’m updating my review because the complaints I see in recent months don’t fit the description of this Moe’s. The staff is very nice here. The manager is very kind and also pretty funny. There is a new batch of people working, some young guys and girls, but I haven’t had a single unpleasant expierence. I also think a lot of people don’t realize this is a national chain, and the menu is predetermined. The manager doesn’t decide what goes on the menu, and giving this location a bad review isn’t going to change that… lol

Been back a number of times and it’s good. The tomatillo salsa is my favorite — so so good. The red salsas on the salsa bar still aren’t for me. One of them reminds me of jarred tostitos salsa both in look and taste. I’ll agree with the other reviewers that there seems to be some of the staff who are annoyed with having to deal with customers. Would give 4 stars if the staff improved. Oh and add a basic pico type salsa to the salsa bar.

I hate their silly menu. I hate their mediocre food. I really don’t get what people like about this place. I ate there last night and this morning I feel sick and am still tasting that nasty food. THANKS, Moe’s. My suspicion is that the food was hanging out too long because there weren’t many customers so not enough turnover. The employees didn’t seem like they give a shit. It would please me immensely if this place goes out of business.

The food is the only reason I come here. If you eat here regularly you know that ONE guy who always gives customers a hard time. Tonight he sold me two cookies– after the sale he kindly informed me that had I purchased three cookies I would’ve saved $. This place is terrible because of his service-ignoring customers who wait in line, rushing the elderly and indecisive people like cows, and generally giving the worst service consistently. Sorry Moe’s– that guy has got to go!

I am so bummed, I used to go to this place all the time because I found them on my dining program. I have not been back since. I hope they get back on the program as I loved getting my rewards. This is not an easy place to get to so I always went out of the way to go here. The food is good for fast food. Please get back. there are so many other choices.

I am a big fan of Moe’s, I enjoy them over the other«Fast Food» burrito places. I love the Moe’s near my house, but this branch needs some work. I have always felt that the employees at the other Moe’s I have been to always say hello, ask you what you want and overall are personable. This location, no hello, and I am not talking about the«Welcome to Moe’s» that they greet you with. How about look up and acknowledge me when I am trying to order. On this visit I had a coupon for a free entrée when you buy a drink. It was my birthday reward for joining the E-club. When I went to pay, I handed the cashier the coupon, and told him what I ordered. All he said was«ID» and $ 2.09. I know the coupon says to present an ID with it, I get that, but do not demand it. Also when I hand you my ID do not act like you work TSA and are conducting a pre-flight screening. After I paid I was given my ID back. I got my drink and salsa and grabbed my bag and said«Thank You» as I walked out, again blank stares. Granted I was there after the lunch rush but some common decency would be nice. This is not the first time I have been here and the customer service hasn’t been on par. What I had for lunch was great, I just think that the Customer Service here needs to improve compared to the other Moe’s in the area. At the other Moe’s I have had conversations or menu suggestions from employees, I have had GM’s checking in to see if my food was ok. Here I feel like I am imposing on the employee’s when I order my lunch.

Alright, literally just finished eating here. My boyfriend and I came for the stackers which are usually pretty bomb. Mine was made by Andrew who put a solid amount of toppings on and took the time to ask what I wanted on it and it was delicious. Thanks man My boyfriends however, was made by one of his coworkers who just haphazardly threw some toppings on without asking what he wanted and it was blatantly obvious he didn’t give two shits about being there. Also he drizzled on queso so sparsely that we had to buy a cup of it for him to dip the stacker in. Like its queso, not gold dude. Not saying it needs to be covered but… Bummer. It was his first time at Moes too. Would’ve been five stars had it not been for that other guy :(

Love the food here! Went in for the first time with my friend Carolyn and some other friends. My friend Ann Marie has a son who is a lot to handle at times and the restaurant kept their cool as he ran all around the place touching everything. When they welcomed us in the door I automatically felt at home. I’m currently on a gluten free diet and Carolyn is celiac so going out to eat is sometimes challenging, but coming here was really fantastic even though there were small amounts of gluten contamination. Everyone in the building has very great attitudes and it is a fun environment. For«fast food» it was truly really delicious. I would bring my grandparents to eat there because even though they are sick they would’ve felt better with the atmosphere. I keep wanting to go back but can’t seem to find the time. Hoping its sooner rather than later. I really recommend bringing your family here for a little Mexican delight

By far my favorite moes. I’ve been to many and this one takes the cake(errr or burrito). Portions are always consistant, food is always fresh, and the staff is amazing. The restaurant is always super clean and I’m always greeted with a friendly«welcome to moes» instead of the drone-like version you find at other locations. I don’t know what makes this place so different but they are definitely doing something right over there.

Huge Moe’s fan. But at this location although the food is good, the people always seem to be racing to get your burrito complete even if you’re the only one in the place. A hello, or even a smile would go a long way. Definitely could use a little positive attitude. Otherwise, definitely a good place to go if you need it made in under 2mins lol.

Ok, this place needs to loose the attitude. You are making minimum wage, you have nothing to be stuck up about. On top of that, the food was gross. A friend of mine wanted to eat there when we were deciding on lunch and I told him«I’d rather go suck on a urinal cake than eat there.» The steak taco I order was grizzly, took a couple of bites and wound up throwing it in the garbage(where it probably belonged in the first place) and for the prices they charge, you would think the food would be better. This place is just gross to eat at. bad food that is overpriced. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I love Moe’s. The food has always been fresh when I have gone and the staff has always been friendly to me. I babysit for two girls who do gymnastics nearby so I am at Moe’s almost weekly. My go-to is the«Homewrecker» Burrito because it comes with guacamole. I get mine with steak and without sour cream. It is quite large so unless you’re really hungry you might want to try the«junior» option, The staff at this particular location have always been very friendly and inviting. I’ve sat there alone a few times and they have come to joke around with me while cleaning tables or sweeping the floor. They know me at this point and nearly have my order down. It has always been clean when I have gone in there, something I notice right away. The bathrooms included. So if you’re in the area and hankering for a burrito or other southwestern option, this Moe’s is definitely the place to stop.

Oookay. Lots of mixed reviews for here. Understandably. In short: the food is fresh, made to order, tasty and affordable. The staff and service leave a lot to be desired. The place is clean and spacious. For the money, I tune out the staff and enjoy the fresh food. Please read on if you want the full low-down. Yes, the place is more Tex Mex than Mexican(thus the Southwestern in the name), so if you’re looking for real authentic Mexican, go to Taqueria Mexico or Blue Agave, both within a mile from Moe’s. Getting into the parking lot may be difficult **IF** you don’t know where you’re going. Contrary to another review on here, even if you pass by the Dick’s Sporting Goods AND Christmas Tree Shop entrances, you can still get in… Keep driving towards the restaurant and you’ll see an entrance right before it. If you miss that one, you can pull into Pet World’s driveway and circle back. The staff here is annoying. If you’re polite and ask for what you want clearly and nicely, you’ll be ok. They do tend to seem put-out at times. I’ve been there so often that they know me now on sight, so that helps. They’re nicer to me now than they used to be. I LOVE the taco salad here. It’s my go-to. I get it with pork carnitas, which is crazy delicious. Highly recommend this. The chips and salsa are also yummy. As are the nachos. Nothing quite like getting take-out and watching the Patriots on a Sunday afternoon while eating Moe’s. It’s become a bit of a tradition in our house. Bottom line: give it a try. You may like it. I sure do.

Overpriced, compared to others of the same genre nearby. Food was so-so. Lunch with two friends, both of whom called later in the day to say the food made them ill! I’m fine but ill skip Moe’s from now on

Moe’s is good — overpriced but good. My review is not so much on the food as it is the service at this location. Moe’s gets 4 stars hands down for there food. The service is pathetic at this location I will never go back to the Natick store. All the employees act like they have no idea what they are doing and don’t understand what your talking about when you tell them how you want your meal prepared. We were saving our«free queso» code and happened to try and use it at this location. I gave him the code but he did not believe me, so he walked around my side of the counter and checked the code but he hit the clear button and dismissed the code and told me I was lieing and that I was not allowed to get free queso as I could not prove I got the code. I was PISSED. Because of this experience I will NEVER go back to this location. Go to Worcester or Shrewsbury its worth the trip, you wont get screwed. The employees at this location could care less about there job. not worth it go to another location. Also my «Homewrecker» was the worst prepared burrito I have ever had, they skimped on the meat and had NOCLUE how to roll it all up — it was a mess! They were acting like they paid for the ingredients out of their own paychecks. I hope the owner gets enough complaints here and fires the whole staff and gets new employees… there is no way I have been the only one treated this way.

WOW! not only am i surprised im ftr(guess i wasnt Unilocal lockdown address editor!), but these dudes dont even have any information on google, yahoo, and most importantly, Unilocal!note to moe man, update your information! ok, so on to the review. Ive been here twice since they took over the pizza hut in sherwood plaza. if you are wondering where moes is, look for the place that still looks like a pizza hut, serious brand identity issues. they ‘welcome’ you with a hello and welcome to moes, but really, dont do this anymore moe people, it sounds really forced, weak and really not all that ‘welcoming’ tell your employees, be friendly, say hello if you arent in the weeds and are feeling energetic, i dont think people care if you say hello, but they do care if you say it like a wilting soul. the food is burritos and tacos. this is the nth burrito place within a stone throw, and personally, not my favorite, however, the 2 for one coupon is helping me believe. they also have free chips and salsa. thats a bonus, but as i assume its already figured into the overall cost, meh. still, they are pretty good. they have 6 different salsas and whatnot, nice for the chips, not so good for your burrito. personally i like chipolte sauce(you know, tabasco brand) and they dont have it out and i feel weird asking if they have any in the back. they do sell queso which is particularly good with them chips. the layout is pretty cool, a few large ass tvs and a chill vibe, as in you can sit there for a long time and they arent rushing you out. they keep the place relatively clean and do come round to clean off the tables. we brought our two year old and he liked the chips too, but he also likes the itouch and we didnt bring it(d’oh) the 2nd time, so we basically ate 4 bites of food and ran, but the 1st time we were happy with the overall quality and product. the gimmick is i guess ‘smokie’ rice? chipolte uses cilantro lime rice, moes has smokie rice, youll taste the differences i guess. personally im a fan of the other rice, but mer liked hers fine. they have fajitas and tacos, they also do wrapless burritos in a bowl if thats your thing. this place is pricey, or at least it adds up pretty quick, two drinks, two burritos and a cookie for the little dude was over 20 bucks, but as i said, coupon ftw. we would certainly come back, the product is decent and the ‘ambiance’ is favorable if you have an ancy kid or if you are a group of 13 natick high school kids loitering for a few minutes too long.
