Every Texan is on the search of the food holy grail — best breakfast taco. You say: «What?! There’s such inside a car dealership?!» I reply: «Yes, my friend, amazingly good breakfast tacos are right there.» Salsa is also pretty fab. Bonus: the staff is super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions(e.g., add jalapeños to the plain egg and cheese). Winner!

For a place that is located in a car dealer service waiting area, this place is great! I had a breakfast burrito while I was waiting on some car service and it was hot and tasty. Friendly server and counter help and rounded out the visit. Let’s just say that with Twin Creeks Café as part of the equation, visits to Frank Kent Honda for service no longer make me dread the wait!

Had lunch with my dad this afternoon and he chose this place. I thought«oh great, a greasy spoon in a car dealership»(insert cheesy jokes here) Man was I surprised!!! I had the chicken salad sandwich and Dad had the BLT. Both were excellent! And drinks are complimentary.(Tea, coffee and fountain sodas). Bottled drink are extra. Only reason this place didn’t get five stars is because when we ordered, the waitress said it would be a thirty minute wait for our food. The place was NOT busy, only one other person in the café. I’m not sure if the wait was a marketing tactic to get us to look at the shiny new cars, or if there was an issue in the kitchen. All in all a pleasant lunch with my father.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to wait while my car was repaired. Arriving at 7:30 armed with my computer and work I set up just across fro Twin Creek. Around 8 or so they opened up to a steady stream of customers from both inside and outside the dealership. Around lunchtime, after I had been told I still had a three hour wait, I wandered over to grab some lunch. The menu was much more extensive than expected. I wound up with a burger and fries for under $ 8. They brought my food to my table. It was amazing. Delicious and hot! It made my wait and the $ 1000 repair much easier to take. I might consider going back just for lunch!

What an incredible hidden gem on the west side of Fort Worth! A few months back, my wife purchased a new Honda Accord at Frank Kent Honda. We were both VERY impressed with the dealership and that’s why we ended up purchasing there. When we toured the dealership they pointed out Twin Creeks Café which is located inside the facility. They served breakfast, snacks and lunch 6 days a week. Each day they feature a different lunch special. You probably wouldn’t expect the level of food here but it will definitely surprise you. Everything is made from scratch. On Saturday the special is chicken friend steak with your choice of two sides. For my sides i ordered mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach, yep sauteed spinach! My wife ordered the chicken avocado panini with chips on the side. After a short wait, our lunches were brought to our table. What incredible service! The service at Twin Creeks is parallel with the service that Frank Kent provides. The server asked f there was anything else they could get us. i couldn’t believe the size of the chicken fry. My chicken fried was hand breaded. it was huge and fried to perfection. It was an incredible deal for $ 7.99 with a drink included. The mashed potatoes were made from scratch and the sauteed spinach was absolutely delicious. it was so nice to have something different from what you’d expect at a fast food café. My wife said her chicken panini was delicious. i also noticed that they were preparing lots of «to-go» orders for individuals who worked in the area, not just Frank Kent associates. I guess the word has gotten out about Twin Creeks. If you’re on the west side of Ft. Worth, stop in at Frank Kent Honda and have lunch. You WON’T be disappointed.

This is a real hidden gem. Located inside the Frank Kent Honda dealership/service lounge. Gourmet food served quickly and at crazy low prices. Plastic plates, thin napkins, and the smell of new cars… but it works, and it works well. I got a fancy coffee drink, a 2 – 3 egg ham and cheese omelette, Texas toast and a huge piece of bacon for $ 5 and change. Makes waiting on your car to be serviced almost a joy!

Great little café that is good enough to be a stand-alone restaurant, but surprise surprise it is inside the Frank Kent Honda dealership in SW Fort Worth. Had amazing food options that are of extremely high quality(the burger patties are ground on-site for the OMG burger) super fresh, great service, great value(less than $ 9) They have great deserts and different specials every day. Service is friendly and prompt, even the atmosphere at the dealership is great. No vultures, friendly warm staff ready to help all the time. So even if you’re honestly in there just to try out the food they won’t bug you too much. Building is modern and has a lot of natural light.

Twin Creeks Café is a secret little gem, but probably not for long. When I visit a new town, I like to «eat local» and try out regional places. Why go to a chain place, when a trusted local is available, right? During a visit to the DFW area last month, I completely enjoyed dining at three great Fort Worth restaurants: Bonnells, Kincaid’s and Twin Creeks Café. Of the three, Twin Creeks Café was the most striking for two reasons. One — it’s located inside a freakin auto dealership! Frank Kent Honda. That’s right! It’s INSIDE an actual Honda auto dealership! As in, «get-an-oil-change-and-eat-a-coriander-chicken-salad-while-you-wait-in-a-cool-café-and-surf-free-WIFI» That unique combination, by itself, is so out there it’s almost inconceivable to me. Two– and this is a BIGREASON why Twin Creeks Café is such a stand out — Their food is really surprisingly good! Now, I don’t know about you, but the only chow I’ve ever enjoyed inside a dealership was a stick of gum(from the wife), a bag of chips(from a vending machine), or a cup of boiled to death coffee(from some crusted percolator from the 1960s). Twin Creeks Café is light years beyond that. And while there are a ton of healthy lean options like salads, chicken sandwiches, lean steak and broiled fish, etc, I took the I-820 off-ramp directly to Flavortown and was blown away by the OMG Bacon Cheese Burger with a side of Mac & Cheese. While the burger was fantastic, and easily as good as, or even better than Kincaid’s, let me start with the MAC&CHEESE. When I die, I want gallons of Twin Creeks Café Mac & Cheese poured into my coffin. Enough said. While I do love me some carbs, this flavor injection was an off the hook savory 3-cheese symphony of perfectly al dente noodles with cheese that actually pulled and stringed out, just like you see in commercials. You can also get it as an entrée, with a grilled chicken breast on top. Joy! Back to the OMG burger. First off, the whole meal was fantastically priced($ 8 for a high-end gourmet burger with side!?) and the endless fountain drinks were great(for a walking water tank like me). Unlike gourmet burgers you often get up in Chicagoland, I noticed that the Texas burger was a lot leaner, drier actually(both here and at Kincaid’s). It wasn’t until mid meal that I really began to appreciate the subtlety and usefulness of that leanness. Instead of the heavy fat flavor of other burgers, the OMG burger tasted like the fresh ground steak that it’s made from. Like old school beefy goodness. I appreciated the orchestral melding of beef, with bacon and condiments, without an excess of cholesterol. And the bun was dry and intact until I finished! That almost never happens with juicy burgers, using regular hamburger meat. Bonus! Twin Creeks Café /Frank Kent Honda is über-hip-modern chrome and metal looking inside. Clean and well designed, but still friendly and inviting. It was actually pretty busy when I was there, and I saw people literally hanging out for a couple hours on laptops, and sipping drinks and eating, while waiting for car service. Happily being there. Not suffering or angry, but actually contented. What a concept! There’s even a kids play area, with a curtain for privacy and a big screen TV. The dealership was actually the nicest looking I’ve ever been in. When you get service there, they’ll give you a token to go get a free fountain drink. But do yourself a favor, and grab a meal while you’re at it. You’ll love it. There isn’t even a Twin Creeks Café sign out front yet. Just drop off your car for an oil change, stroll on into the dealership. Order your food at the counter, and relax. You don’t even have to get service there. Just go to look at some Hondas, or go straight to the café. It’ll be our little secret, until they get a sign out front, and all hell breaks loose.
