The Cryo Spa

Did not plan to do this today, but life is to short. Had a great time, staff was friendly and helpful. They explained everything you needed to know to allow you to have the best experience possible. The dressing rooms are clean and organized and supply you with all that you need, robes socks and slippers. Then in the Cryo chamber, the whole process only takes a few minutes, but what a few minutes. Nitrogen gas is blown into the chamber lowering your skin temperature (please read the website as they have a detailed description on the process). Then after, into a small but nice lounge to warm up and get a quick drink. I felt so energetic afterwards and I can’t wait to do this again soon.

I showed up today at 6:58 and was turned away. Closing time 7pm. Called and checked ahead. I told them I would be hauling butt to make it. (Got to work you know.) Customer service just bombed here. I drove 35 min to get told to leave. Intense back pain. This absolutely works for that. But I’ve found better prices. What I’ve noticed about most businesses is they stay open till posted close time. Then they lock the door and take care of final customers. I’m leaving 2 sessions behind here and not coming again. Why because I always get off work close to their close time, and this will probably happen again. So this is expensive… I’ll pay where someone wants my business. Simple enough.

Best experience ever. Love love love the cryo. So many benefits, endless and the entire staff is AMAZING! Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I starting going to the Cryo Spa about 3 weeks ago after my trainer told me that I either need to start taking senior citizen vitamins (I’m only 44) or start doing cryo but to stop wining about my aches and pains! I had never heard of Cryo before this but I was curious so I started reading almost every article I could find online, watched dozens of videos, and of course had a great testimonial from my trainer. Still I was skeptical. After my first Cryo treatment I didn’t notice much immediately, but the following morning my normally achy knees and joints did not seem to ache nearly as much and my husband who has had three surgeries on his ankle also said he noticed significant relief. We are now believers! We go to Cryo almost everyday and we both feel wonderful! Our energy levels have increased significantly and our aches and pains due to injuries have reduced significantly. I would recommend anyone with previous injuries or arthritis to try Cryo treatments. I can say for a fact that you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Cryo has made such a huge difference in my life. I have migraines as well as arthritis and my joint pain and the frequency of my migraines has decreased significantly since doing cryo. I love the cryospa and the ladies there! The beachy environment is lovely and Alli and Michelle are the sweetest… if you want to try cryo definitely go here!

This place is awesome. I went today cause I had the worst leg work out and I was SOO sore. The girls are super nice. They tell you what to do, what to expect, and even stand in the room with you and give you REALLY good education, on whats going on, and why. You get to a point where your freezing cold but its a good feeling of cold. weird I know but it is. Thanks so much Cryo Spa and I’ll def be back. Come to Dallas!!!

My day is better when it starts with cryo! Aly Michelle and Louie rock! I feel better, sleep better, and my lower back pain is reducing greatly! It’s freezing cold but so worth it! I feel so energized and alive!

LOVE The Cryo Spa! It has truly been the answer to my prayers for pain relief in my back and hips. You can’t find a duo like Michelle and Allie anywhere else, either– they are so welcoming, walk you through everything, and within a week you feel like part of the family. Going in here is the highlight of my day, every day! I really love this service!
