I have been to this place several times. In the past the store was located on Hulen St and they fixed my watch as well as my husband’s. Around the fall 2015 they moved to Foch St which is close to all the restaurants on 7th St and much further away for me. I brought an old ring that was totally bent out of shape and the girl did a fantastic job making it round again. My husband then went to get his new watch adjusted. Then I went with a gold necklace that had a broken clasp and an earring where I lost the back. I left it there and as promised 2 days later, my earring was fixed and she had made another clasp for me for the necklace. They give a 10% discount if you pay upfront, so that was a good deal. I will definitely go again!

Terrible Customer Service! I dropped off my watch over a month ago for Repair and they continue to say that they are working on it-​with no specifics. I have worked with plenty of jewelry repair places in the past but this is by far the worst. I asked for them to send my watch back immediately-​Extremely unorganized! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
