It’s BYOB so bring a nice bottle of wine. The portion sizes are pretty large. You def get your a fair amount of food for you money. Our waiter was a tall glass of Italian cuteness and was very helpful… and honest… when it came to recommending dishes. Nothing is premade and everything is fresh! So do yourself a favor and skip that overprice trash that is Olive Garden and get some REAL Italian food!

This is one of my new favorite places to go. The food is absolutely excellent and the service is always spot on. The tortellini pans with Alfredo is so amazing and the portions are so big that I never feel like I’m paying too much for my meal. We just ate with Yolanda, who was respectful, courteous, and prompt. The first time I came here, I had a server with dark hair with a blonde ombré. I enjoy seeing her working because she is such a great personality here. I will definitely keep returning here. P. S the cannoli here is spectacular

What an excellent dining experience! We came here for Mother’s Day with 6 adults and 2 kiddos. Our experience was phenomenal. I’m a little late so sorry Unilocalers no pics, but our food was absolutely scrumptious! We had a variety of meals! My mother in law and I both had one of the pasta samplers; super kudos on the spinach lasagna! We had pizza, a seafood pasta, the fried flounder with linguine and the rolls!!! Oh my gosh the rolls! I swear we had three orders :) so fresh fluffy and warm. I mean the bread literally melted in my mouth! The service was amazing! The owner greeted us and offered suggestions and even tried to send us home with more rolls, lol. Our waitress was speedy, personable, and accurate. She even brought out fresh dough to entertain our kiddos. Did I mention that it was BYOB?!? I know that’s not some people’s thing, but I love being able to pick what I want to drink at a price I want to pay and enjoy it with my meal! Needless to say we will be back :)

This is so-so Italian. I had the chicken Marsala. It was bland. The service was good. The bread to start was very good as well. My salad had way too much dressing for my liking.

The worst Chicken Piccata ever!!! It’s so dry I can’t even begin to chew it without choking… Also absolutely no sauce at all… We will not be back

Wonderful! I can’t believe with restaurants like this people still go to Olive Garden??? The food is wonderful. The service is great! The prices and portions are fantastic! You must try the pink sauce, it’s delicious. Also the homemade rolls are perfect. I recently had the low carb meat dish, wow! I really enjoyed that. For sure, I’ll be back again!

Oh my god, I haven’t even left the restaurant, and I’m writing this review. AWFUL. We are new to Ft. Worth, and heard about this place because our buddy said he was taking his wife here for«date night.» Let me just say, I would KILL my husband if he took me here. Ever. Again. From the Mexican radio station(in an Italian restaurant), wet floor signs everywhere, slow service, the sound of pounding(milanesa, maybe, but should be done outside of service hours), to the whole place smelling of, well… and I haven’t even gotten to the terrible food. My side salad was drenched in dressing, the calamari was unseasoned, my husband’s seafood pasta had FAKE krab, and my cream of spinach soup was chopped spinach in cream. More than underwhelming. Never. Again.

I came here looking for a hole in the wall spaghetti restraunt but what i found eating here was below subpar food. The rolls were good hot off the oven the customer service was good but after that Primas fell on its face. I got the chicken parm and the noodles were cold and the chicken was not flavorful. Do not get the chicken parm… my fiances tortelini was ok. Had little flavor.

Great food at proper prices. We live not far from here and get takeout a couple of times a month. I’ve never been disappointed. If you dine in on the weekends it can be a bit loud because it has an echo chamber effect but I prefer a quieter zone. It doesn’t detract from the food at all. FYI if viewing online give those pictures the benefit of the doubt. They really need a photo makeover for some of the dishes. True Italian.

Best Italian BYOB! Portions are large. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend the calamari, penne w/pink sauce and chicken cacciatore. Staff is super friendly!

WORSTITALIANFOOD!!! I don’t know what these other reviewers are smoking. Overly portioned. Yes. And also overly BLAND! I ordered the chicken marsala, very bland, 2 boiled chicken breasts that had no flavor. And the marsala sauce tasted like soy sauce. My gf is Asian and she cooks better chicken marsala. Waiter was nice. And the garlic bread was ok because it was the only thing fresh. Good service, terrible food, and bad housekeeping. Before we sat down. The waiter tried to kill a roach under the table. I wish I could give a –1 star review.

My family eats here at least 2wice a month. Absolutely the best lasagna in Fort Worth. I also recommend getting the artichoke app! The staff is awesome too! I normally don’t give out 5 but this place deserves it! Mungia Mungia!

We were recommended to try Primas by a few friends of ours. They were spot on. Prima’s is family oriented, good wholesome Italian food. The décor and ambiance will not blow you away, but this is exactly what you expect from a local neighborhood joint. My wife had Spaghetti with meat sauce, and I tried the Chicken Parm at the reccomedation of our waitress. Both were excellent, and we both left with leftovers. Prices are right. I think our meal with tip was under $ 25. BYOB, so make sure to bring a bottle of wine with you!

If you want your dessert before you finish your appetizer, go to Prima’s. Our server made us feel very rushed throughout the night(even though the restaurant was not full) and made everyone at the table extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. However, the food was delicious and we had a good night

The food is great. The service is awesome. The price is affordable. The portions were huge. I had their seafood pasta and it was so delicious. My husband had their spaghetti and meatballs and he said it was great. My son had their chicken cease salad and he loved it so much he took one home. I will definitely return.

One of the best quality, most reasonably priced Italian joints there is around these parts. Primas is a staple in my household and always a good decision for a place to eat; first date, out with friends or a family gathering. High recommendations. The food? It’s not the standard Italian you normally see, try it all! Except fried pasta, don’t get that.

Fantastic Wood Fire Pizza with daily specials! We had a Large Meat Pizza for $ 13.99! We had fast friendly service on a week night. Hot fresh garlic knots were served with our drinks and salad. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. We noticed the restaurant had new décor and the waitress said that some of the updates were as recent as within the last 6 months. But, it still felt like the old SWFW neighborhood favorite. No Coke, Pepsi. BYOB.

The bread that came with our meals was really good… and that is where my positive experience with Prima’s ends. This was probably the worst Italian food that I’ve ever had. My husband’s tortellini was complete mush and the sauce had no flavor. I ordered the chicken marsala, which was also horrible. My pasta was also mushy and the marsala sauce tasted more like cheap ramen noodle sauce. On top of the mushy pasta was really dry chicken. So disappointing from a restaurant that has 4 star reviews.

To start, I go here quite often since it’s so close to my house. So there’s that. I’ve tried different things on the menu and it’s all be okay, nothing to rave about. However, the bread that they bring you is very good! Primas is BYOB with a liquor store close by, which is nice. The wait staff is always helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is loud and tends to get pretty warm at night.

Prima’s is liking to eat with family! They are so accommodating and friendly! Food is awesome and prices are great. You can tailor your dish or sauce with no problem. It’s BYOB which is great too! Try it! You won’t be disappointed

Yummy food, nice atmosphere. I can’t really say how crowded they get or not, since I went during work hours it was of course empty.(Other than my family there were only two others). Sampled a bunch of stuff from my family’s plate and to be honest with you– it was all really good. The only thing I didn’t care for were the cheese sticks we got as appetizers. The batter on them was more like a soft chewy bread, versus the traditional crunch and crispy. I had the cheese Tortellini with Alfredo sauce and added broccoli to it, don’t think I could have chosen a better platter the white sauce was awesome! Portions are about average, but they do bring bread to the table to compensate for it. Not a typical dinner roll, but more like a huge flaky seasoned pastry if you’re into that sort of thing.

Need to come back for dinner… we stopped in for some cannollis. 4 for $ 17… expensive!!! They were very delicious though. The actual menu isn’t overpriced amd actually quite cheap. I can’t wait to come back.

I have been hearing about this place for awhile now and finally decided to try it. Really liked the décor and our waiter Matt was very friendly and provided great service. My husband ordered Chicken Piccata and I tried their special of the day Chicken Palermo. Both of us added an extra side salad with house-made balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The salad was crisp and the dressing was really, really good. You could tell they used a good quality balsamic. My husband said that his sauce in his Chicken Piccata was way too thin as if they had not drained the pasta well enough before adding to the sauce. I was not impressed with the Chicken Palermo either. However, the Lemoncello Sponge Cake was D doubleicious. Perhaps we just hit them on an off day.

This is my family’s favorite go to restaurant in Ft. Worth. Absolutely delicious. BYOB. And great prices! Haven’t tried a bad thing here. My favorite is the chicken Parmesan and pizza. Pizza is SOO yum. Really like their Caesar salad too.
