Papa John’s Pizza

So, I haven’t ordered in some time. I got a coupon in the mail for a free med cheese pizza. I ordered and picked up. My pizza had a giant blowout bubble in the middle, no cheese and basically dry crust on most of it so I asked for it to be remade. The second one wasn’t much better… won’t be ordering from here anymore. Just glad I didn’t pay for this one. Quality control is nonexistant.

This store is consistently good at what they do — the employees seem to care, and they are always friendly and prompt. We eat here all the time, and the food is consistently good.

not sure how to explain the problems but at times i guess it depends on who’s baking because sometimes i get good if not better nice looking pizza and at times i get burnt sloppy ugly pizza. im happy that they finally deliver in my area but i guess all i can say is STAY AWAY FROM THE THIN CRUST! ive tried every other design and option and everything comes out perfect but for some reason everytime i order a thin crust they always seem to skimp on the cheese and burn the pizza. oh and please remember to ask them to bake your pizza a little longer im not sure if the belt in oven is adjustable but my pizza always comes out floppy and no taste but if you ask them to keep it in a little longer just in order to get a brown crust they usually do it with out a problem. next problem is even though you make an account online and order from online and you leave instructions for them to add cheese and spice packets they never seem to read that because when i ask if they brought it they say that its the guy packing the box who’s in charge of that so i just purchased my own cheese and spices just to eat my pizza since these guys at this store cant seem to read instructions.
ill still eat here but i have to do a pick up and give them specific instructions and if there’s a problem i have them fix it before i take it so i recommend the carry out option.
