I spend very many nights at Marriott properties. Platinum Premier, will make Platinum for life this year. This hotel has a lot of positives. The big negative is the walls are thin and they don’t segregate business travelers from family leisure travelers. As weekends approach, your room transitions from a quiet secondary office to screaming kids you hear through the thin walls. If they made an effort to understand who was in their rooms and kept a section for business, this would be a very good hotel. Instead, it is barely tolerable. Tonight I am ready for bed and I am hearing children screaming and the floor is shaking. I have early meetings and the family drama next door will have me up late.

Even though I had many questions Benjamin was very friendly and courteous and did his job with great ease. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

This hotel beats all others in the area on décor, customer service, and amenities. We had to stay for one night and enjoyed every minute of it. The beds were plush, the rooms were exceptional and the hotel had activities such as miniature golf to add excitement to your stay. I would stay here again any day of the week.

Very clean. Great parking. Friendly staff. Putting green with a beautiful outdoor sitting area with ponds. The pool was heated and comfortable indoors. Our room was the executive king that had a sitting area with a pull out sofa. Bed and sofa sleeper was comfortable. The bathroom was a little dark however was a great size and very clean. Would stay here again.

I’m somewhere between A-OK, and Yes, I’m a fan; but I don’t have an option for 3.5 stars. So let me explain. The hotel staff are uniformly courteous and helpful. The facility is generally kept clean*. Parking is convenient and the location works because of proximity to my son’s residence. Here’s the«but.» But, second to location I shop for hotels with hot tubs. This hotel’s information lists a hot tub, but in three visits over six months it’s never been hot. In the prior two visits the timer didn’t work, but since has been repaired. I take credit for the repair since my previous correspondence to Marriott listed, among other things, the need for this timer to be put back into service. If not for me, for some other schmuck who might stay too long and have to be dragged out. The timer, i know, doesn’t force the guest to use common sense, but is a reminder he or she has been in fifteen minutes. During last week’s visit I again had to visit the front desk because the key card, following check-in, consistently would not open the door to the pool /hot tub area. Yes, in January, February, and now July, the key card opens other doors with card readers, but not the pool area. This is not necessarily a reason to look elsewhere, but why can they not get this fixed? It’s likely a hardware issue with the card reader on that door, or the encoder at the desk, or perhaps, training. It’s a nuisance and upon entry to the pool area reinforces my disdain for the non-properly functioning spa. Back to hot tub. I finally located a thermometer mounted in the drain cover on the opposite side of the hot tub from a sign reading«Do not use spa if temperature is above 104(degrees) F.» I was therefore able to confirm my suspicion of the spa’s temperature being mid-90’s via the«hiding in plain sight» thermometer’s reading of 94 degrees. I suspect it’s been no hotter than mid-nineties during the other visits as well. This past Sunday I again gained entry following the obligatory visit to the front desk whereby the very helpful desk attendant didn’t go with me and provide access with his key card; he reprogrammed both my key cards(yes, I took both just to have a back-up). Reprogramming didn’t work which forced another visit to the desk where this time, he gave me a third key which did provide access. The spa set idle with no working jets or timer. Visit the front desk a third time which resulted in a circuit breaker reset and the jets sprang to life, churning some fairly sudsy water. *After a few moments of watching suds I noticed bubbles with a gray colored spooge migrating to the top. The spooge grew proportionally to the increasing size of the bubble field, so at this sight, I left the area. I say all this to say I’ll probably look for accommodations elsewhere during my next visit, and will encourage Marriott, if asked, to remove the spa from this location and fill it with concrete. Because ninety-four degrees does not a «hot» tub make, and whatever challenges are inherent with this equipment, it’s too great for the resources of the all mighty Marriott Corporation to surmount. Also, fix the card access!

Been staying at this Marriott while in Fort Worth and so far it’s not bad. My room was clean and bed is comfortable. Now the pillows, that’s a different story. For me they are too soft. I like some kind of firmness in my pillows. I just sink right into the pillow. Makes me feel like I have a big head. LOL The place is clean inside and freezing in the hallways as all hotels are. The one thing I do not like is their thin walls. I mean I could here the person from upstairs walk around, or they have a heavy ass feet. OMG it was annoying. It started to irritate me because this person wakes up at 2, 4, 6 am and stomp stomp stomp. Uggghhh The people here are friendly. Always greeting you and they serve Starbucks products. Quite frankly I’m not a fan of it so I go to the real Starbucks. They also have a patio in the back for you to enjoy. You are surrounded by so many choices of restaurants and there is a mall near by. Not the best mall but I’ll save that for my next review. If the Hilton next door is not available, I will def be staying here again.

I was here for a two night stay. Perhaps my neighbors were just quiet, but noise was not an issue. The room was clean and had updated contemporary, comfortable furnishings in restful, attractive colors. Excellent bedding. Appealing lobby/bistro area. Pleasant personnel. Attended a small conference. Banquet food was tasty. Shopping conveniently located nearby. Minor quibble is that the in room information sheet states there is complementary morning coffee in the lobby, but that has been discontinued. I felt for $ 99 it was a good value.

I had a one night in/out business stay here. As others have noted the rooms can be noisy and I swear I could hear the person next door snoring. They do have a nice updated lobby, with daily drink specials and a Starbucks which is key. They must have also updated the rooms as everything in my room looked brand new. The room came equipped with a nice mini fridge and a new big screen TV. Their fitness center was clean and well equipped. Staff was helpful my check in/out was a breeze. One thing that did bug me was their Internet and business center network, both sucked lemons. Luckily I have a MiFi so I was able to work as their network access was slow. Their business center computers are running Windows Vista and I swear they are all infected and loaded with span programs. It took me about 10 minutes to pront out a boarding pass. I ended up just downloading my boarding pass to my phone. Hey Marriott clean up your network access and lobby PCs. If you do stay here make sure you request a room not facing the Hwy. I have to return to this area later in Sept and will stay at this Marriott property again.

In typical Marriott tradition they’ve renovated the lobby and did nothing with the guest rooms. I could hear the TV in the room next to me all night. The water smelled terrible. If train horns are not your thing you may not want to stay here. The staff was friendly. If you stay here go to the WoodShed across the street, great food.

Clean, nice rooms. The foyer just had a makeover and the continental breakfast isn’t too bad. For the price Id come back here… One downside, the last time I stayed here the internet was dead slow. My 3g worked faster than their free useless wifi.

Courtyard City View. Great new format and nice new rooms. Love the«backyard oasis». Close to shopping and a free pass at the local gym.
