Chipotle Mexican Grill

I actually work right next door and eat here all the time. The staff is very friendly and gives speedy accurate service every time. This Chipotle is awesome. :)

Great service! I came in at 8:00 on a Sunday night and they were out of chicken so I had to wait. I waited for about 10 minutes and they offered me a drink while I waited. After the chicken was ready, I went to pay and they told me they appreciated my patience and that my meal was on them. Excellent customer service!

Had not been to a Chipotle in some time and decided to stop for lunch. I had a chicken burrito with beans, cheese, corn, lettuce. About 3 hours latter I became ill with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Is this a coincidence? I don’t know. I travel a lot and am not prone to sickness. I am usually pretty resistant. Not this time.

Chipotle is simply overrated. Long lines and average food. Not authentic at all. What really gets me here is having to wait in line at least 30 minutes just to order food. It is simply not worth waiting for. I get that it’s fresh but having lines to the door is just not worth it.

Chipotle scare I was concerned about going here but I had a hankering for their addictive salad. Needless to say. Still tasty and I didn’t get sick.

What happened? The food and service at this location has declined dramatically in recent months. I’m a weekly regular who’s now decided to eat elsewhere. Apathetic, rude service, hordes of flies in the dining area, having to wait for food items to be replenished (or not available upon opening), dirty tables, tiny servings… where’s the manager? No one employed there seems to know who’s in charge. If you’re the manager of this location you need to pay attention to what’s going on at your restaurant.

This location is by far one of their better locations. The staff is great and food is great too.

This Chipotle is pretty rachet. It’s so dirty, and looks totally run down. Every single table was dirty at 200pm and there wasn’t a rush. There were about 6 flies encircling the table while we ate. The employees were nice though, and the food was predictable/​good.

It’s amazing that this chipotle can get the order wrong every time. It was the third time trying this location and I had an award prepared for you. If you got the order right you were going to receive a trophy… now you will never get the trophy because I am never coming back. You guys can alway be meager at what you do because, well, you’re chipotle. Continue being terrible because it doesn’t matter. Chipotle is amazing and one location being terrible isn’t going to hurt business

Are there any true words to describe the wonderful goodness of chipotle? Gosh this place is awesome. Burritos, tacos, salads, you name it, they have it and it’s AWESOME! I eat here at least once a week, sometimes more but never less. The best part is that it is good for you. I am not into the whole «healthy eating» lifestyle because well, that’s boring and I love food too much. But knowing Chipotle is non-​processed makes it that much better.
Bottom line is that Chipotle rocks and if you disagree with that, well we can’t be friends =)

The portion size is smaller compared to other chipotles I’ve been to. When my mom ordered half steak and half chicken, they only gave her about 5 pieces of meat each.
The restaurant was playing music loudly, which made it a bit difficult for the servers to hear. I had to repeat myself three or four times just to get beans.
The staff seemed absent minded. I gave them my order but they only gave me half of what I asked for and I had to repeat myself.
There were only two lemon wedges left and one had brown spots.

This location is top notch.
The manager and staff are friendly and the food is solid as usual. I know that I can get a healthy meal in no time at all. Portions are accurate generous and I frequent here at least 2 times per week. If there is a line it moves faster than other locations.

Love Chiptole always! Fast, delicious, and relatively inexpensive. 1 star deducted because they don’t offer queso…

I could eat here everyday. Its so quick, i just love it. My favorite is bean burrito with tons of salsa. Very fresh and the only wait is the line that usually goes from the front door to the counter. Its in the front of a mid size mall.

Great location. Great option for fast food. Restaurant is always clean and crowded. The burrito bowls are fantastic. You can get burritos, burrito bowls (burrito with rice instead of tortilla), and salad. Lots of meat and salsa choices. The lime rice is why I keep going back.

This is one of my fav quick, relatively healthy, affordable places for lunch. This location near TCU is always clean and efficient. I opt for the «bowl» with brown rice and usually chicken, although they have steak, barbacoa, vegetable options also.
If you’d rather go traditional, they will also make soft taco’s for you, or a straight-​up salad out of the same ingredients.
With a fountain drink, you can get in and out for about $ 8.50.
At this location, there are also about 5 – 6 tables out on a small patio as well.

I am a regular Chipotle customer as have been for a long time. Food is always great but this location is simply disgusting. It’s the dirtiest one I’ve ever seen. Both times I’ve been I had to turn a blind eye so I wouldn’t lose my appetite. Somebody fix this please!

This Chipotle location is convenient; it is in a shopping center on S. Hulen, next to Quizno’s and Tom Thumb. They recently hired some new people and one of the younger servers was very stingy with the amount of filling she put in the burrito. I’ve never seen anyone put in such small amounts! Maybe it was cause she wanted to make it easier to wrap? Makes it easier on my waistline, but less fulfilling. The chicken was also overly salty.
Going around 4:30pm is also not a good idea because their fillings are luke-​warm and leftover from the lunch service. Don’t know if it was an off day but I feel like the food was better quality 6 months ago.

If you know Chipotle I don’t need to tell you about it. What I want to comment on at this particular location is the cleanliness level and service — it’s not up to par. We ate lunch around 1:30 on a Saturday — not exactly a busy or slow time for a restaurant. The tables had not been wiped down and there was one table that had dirty baskets and drink cups on it and was not cleaned the whole time we were there. No excuses for it. They had plenty of staff and it was not busy. It will take one person 5 minutes to clean the tables — why not do it?
The other problem was during the food selection. The beef/​steak selection was near empty and the few pieces left were dried out — not appetizing. Therefore my husband had to get his second choice meat. He also asked the server to put his cheese on top of the meat so that it would melt a bit — she acted like he had asked her to go scrub the toilet with a toothbrush. Really, we didn’t mean to inconvenience you! Sheesh.
If I want Chipotle there are others with better service.

Food is good, but really overpriced. Almost $ 2 to add guacamole. Service is rude on a good day.
