The location is so clean and the woman working the front desk is very professional. They always do a great job on their waxes. I’ve been coming here for 4 months now and I won’t go anywhere else.

Don’t bother making an online appointment since they do NOT honor the time of the booked appointment. I booked my first ever appointment with them online only you show up and have to wait additional time since they slipped my appointment to later. When I asked why, they claimed I had booked the later time despite me showing them the email to the contrary. Ugh frustrating and generally bad business practices.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Have been here multiple times and each time they succeed to screw up my brows more and more. They don’t even ask what I want, just start waxing hair off and then fill them in to try to cover up the fact that my brows are uneven. Never coming here again my brows are two different shapes and sizes.

I see Lori Williams every four (4) weeks and always have an exceptional experience. I highly recommend the wax pass for lowest rate. The staff is always friendly and I am in and out in less than 15 minutes. Lori is the regional trainer, so she is well-​educated in skin care, hair growth cycles and self-​care.
