Drive during lunch is awesome. They have an employee outside taking orders on an iPad and you pay him with credit card. Line moves fast. When you reach the window they have everything ready and accurate.

Screwed up our order only got half of it through the drive through. Ordered a chicken sandwich could have got a better sandwich for 99c somewhere for what they charge this is crazy. Worst service ever!

Horrible… Not the quality and standards it should have. Definitely the worse experience ever. Rude staff and slow. They call your name and if you don’t heard too bad for you, and then you go and they give you the cold food. In all other Chick-fil-As I’ve been, they try to find you and take the order to you. The manager comes and checks on you, don’t spect that here. If you really want crappy food and service to crunch your craving then this is your place. I will recommend going the extra mile and head to Benbrook’s Ckick-fil-A, even when they get busy(cuz they do) they are on point.(Looking at a positive part… This please have good sweet tea)

Less than zero. Placed order, paid cash. Should have gotten $ 5.00 cash back in change. Pulled forward realized I did not get my change. Told me they did not have and register balanced. Refused to give me my money. Threatened to call police. Manager refused to return my call and never in store when continued to call. NEVEREATHERE!

They never sound happy to be serving you. If you say thank you they don’t even respond, and they don’t say«my pleasure.» They need friendlier customer service. I’m not sure why the owner of this location hasn’t noticed it yet. The food is fine, just poor service.

I loveeee Chick-fil-a, but this one is a NEVERCOMEBACK one for sure. I ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Deluxe, and a large soup. Chicken in both sandwiches were super dried and old, or the meat was super thin cut, I felt like it just a dry flour coat. My soup was weigh in half, it wasn’t full just like someone ate it before brought it out. The sweet tea was extremely sweet, 1 sip of it could make me has last stage of diabetic. We then had to do half and half mix unsweet and sweet but it’s still too sweet compare to other Chick-fil-a that I went. 2 stars are for the super cute cow walked around and that’s it.

This place had the woooorst customer service. We went through the drive thru and the guy on the other end didn’t greet us, didn’t ask questions, just grunted words at me. «Drink?» We pulled up to the window, no greeting again, no hello, no thank yous, no goodbye. The girl at the window just looked at me, snatched my money and handed me my food. She just stared at me till I thanked her, she said nothing so I drove off. My fries were bland and unsalted. Icing on top of the cake. Never going back there. The one on 377 in Benbrook is a MILLION times better.

I love chick flick A. I have never been in any of their restaurants in any city at any time when it wasn’t busy. Service is always great, orders always prompt, employees always cheerful. That is why I was surprised to find the total opposite here at this Fort Worth location. I went in with a friend and ordered to-go. As we were waiting for his order to come out, I watched as the line stood still due to a broken credit card machine. One customer ignored awaiting a drink refill. No eye contact towards that customer or my friend who was still waiting. After too long, he was asked if he was still waiting on his order. it turns out his order was never made. We waited about 5 more minutes for his grilled chicken sandwich and we were on our way. My order was prompt, only to find later when I got back to my hotel that it was the wrong order. He later tells me that his grilled chicken was cold. I wasn’t going to post this at first, but after reading the other bad reviews I felt I needed to share my experience so that management can realize what customers are experiencing and make proper adjustments to improving the service and prosper like all the other Chick Fil A franchises. This is not the norm for Chick Fil A. I will continue to eat at their restaurants, just not this one.

Terribly run operation, super slow inside and outside. Go to the one on 377 in Benbrook, Alta Mere, or inside Ridgmar Mall instead. Love CFA, definitely not this location though.

Disappointing experience at this location. The staff is slow and rude. Unappologetic when they got my order wrong. A reflection of poor management, but the owner apparently doesn’t care. The Hulen location, which has a different owner, is more community oriented and better run.

Good food, fast service even during busy lunchtime. The only issue I saw was a lot of flies around the tables and in the restroom.

After about 6 visits now I can honestly say this is the worst Chick Fil A I’ve eaten at. Wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but after 6 tries I find this location to be sub par in quality of both service and food. I am writing this while sitting in the restaurant just having returned a stale cookie. Their answer to the problem… warm it up. News flash — warming a stale cookie does not make it fresh. This location could learn a few things from Chick Fil A Weatherford, which exceeds my expectations every time.

Dirty restaurant. Slow staff. There were packages of tortillas just sitting on the counter where you order. The nuggets were chewy. Thank goodness we live closer to the Hulen location. Below par.

Went tonight to get a late dinner. Stuffed so many things in bag it ripped apart. Called to complain and was told they were closed. Funny thing is I went there yesterday and outside speaker was broken. Went inside to order kids food and employees were taking selfies laughing about customers waiting in line. There are plenty of options in this area. Go somewhere else. Went twice in two days and was completely disappointed.

After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through, I ordered a breakfast chicken biscuit, but received chicken sliders that were more bread than chicken. I won’t be returning.

I am not sure why people are having such negative reviews of this location! Chic-fil-A is my go to fast food place. It is one of the select few that have healthy alternatives. The kids meal honestly is enough food for me! It is basically the same size as the chicken nuggets on the full menu for half the price!

I love the Grilled Fresh Market salad that Chick-fil-a served because it used to come with a hearty amount of fresh veggies and fruit, and a perfect amount of blue cheese. This is no longer the case. You can’t normally find a good fast food salad and now you can’t at all. Best to go to market street. The cooperate office is responsible I realize, but this is the third salad that I’ve gotten from Chick-fil-A that was miles less worth the buck than it’s predecessor. Not buying their salads anymore, and definitely not worth the money. There was one whole strawberry, less than a quarter apple and a teaspoon size of blue cheese. Not to mention the spinach has been replaced with iceberg greens and has ¼ less.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this Chick-Fil-A. My family and I were visiting from out of town & decided to stop here for lunch. We went through the drive thru, which took forever, & we weren’t greeted with the typical, «Hi. How can I help you.» When we placed our order the girl repeated it correctly(simple enough: one kids nugget meal, a #1 up sized & an 8 piece nugget combo meal) & we pulled forward to pay. The girl did ask if we wanted condiments to which we said yes: ketchup, Mayo & Polynesian sauce. The girl threw the sauces in the bag and closed the window. After pulling away we realized my husband’s meal wasn’t upsized(we weren’t charged) and that they didn’t give us any of the requested sauce. Although frustrated we headed back to our hotel. When I opened my 8 piece nuggets there were only seven. Now, for some that sounds petty to complain about. However, if I am paying $ 5.79 I want everything I paid for.

This has got to be the slowest Chick-fil-A ever! I used to frequent Chick-fil-A weekly when I lived in ATL, but this Chick-fil-A just doesn’t cut it. It’s not like the chicken is fresh so waiting 10 minutes is unacceptable. I also don’t hear the, «My pleasure» and get the super friendliness I used to get in Atlanta. Besides, I recently discovered Cane’s. It’s over between us Chick-fil-A. ******************************************UPDATED********************************************* Downgrading to 1 star. I used to consider Chick-Fil-A the Target of fast food. Perky youngsters on their after school job with great manners happy to to serve you or sweet elderly people on their part time job. This Chick-fil-A is not like that. When you work at Chick-Fil-A you have TWO simple tasks; be overly friendly and get the orders right. This one gets 0 out of 2. I decided to treat myself to a breakfast burrito before work this morning. I waited at the drive thru for like 1 minute before someone answered even though no one was ahead of me. The person repeated my order correctly at the drive thru. I got to work, opened the bag… no salsa, and a burrito with a label that says«no cheese». Where’s my salsa?! I’ve never had to ask for salsa and it always came standard with a burrito. And I certainly never said I didn’t want cheese. The burrito actually did have cheese so why was it labeled«no cheese»? What happens if you get someone lactose intolerant? Oh the disasters that could happen(Exaggeration? I think not.). Never going back! i
