Walgreens Pharmacy lost my business! TERRIBLE customer service. I pulled up to the drive thru pharmacy 20 minutes before it closed and the man working the drive thru pharmacy was beyond rude to me. He said sorry we are about to close. He would not even check to see if they could fill the prescription for my very sick child in the back seat of my car.

My 90 yo mom’s watch battery was not working. I went to the store and ONLY1 person, Brian helped me. It was a tedious task, yet Brian helped me to open the watch back and replace the battery! I asked 2 other people to help me, especially a young man and he did not even attempt to try. He was a jerk! This occurred on 11-28-2014. Brian is a god send, despite me giving him a hard time about the Cow girls, on the previous day. Walgreens needs more people like Brian.

I’ve been with Walgreens for over 5 years and recently switched to cvs. I got really fed up with bad service and getting the wrong info and wrong prescriptions. I’m done.

I stopped by Walgreens to check on the cost of the flu shot. Totally surprised at the fact that they were charging over $ 29. Somewhere in the back of my mind I thought that I read or someone told me it was only $ 10. Maybe due to the economy and everything else in order to fight a bug it’s going to cost you more to do that too. «But damn! A bug… what the hell! For real though, I just couldn’t see myself paying for someone that is outside of a medical establishment injectiing anything in me! Maybe this is a convience for some, like I thought it would be for me since my doctor is over 20 miles from me but I’d rather make the drive for the safety of my health.
