Chesapeake Apartments

Yes, these apartments are old but I cannot express how amazing the office staff is. I never have to wait forever to get something fixed, they even sent me a sympathy card for the passing of my grandmother, they are always friendly and get stuff done. Thank you SO much to the office staff. I wish I could upgrade my appliances, but I would rather be here than in a pretty apartment where you aren’t taken care of or disregarded.

This is a very good place to live. We are getting ready to sign our 3^rd lease. The management and front staff are great! They have been able to help us with any problems we have faced and did it quickly. They are so nice and wonderful to talk to. My only complaint is the maintenance people seem a little lazy and don’t cleanup every time they attempt to fix something. We are constantly having to cleanup after them. Other than that I would recommend living here to anyone!

I’ve lived in these apartments for 7 months now and they are pretty good for what you pay for. The 1 bedroom apartments are decently sized and all the appliances work as they should. You get free covered parking and gate access. I was lucky enough to have an apartment face south so I was able to get Direct TV, otherwise i would have to overpay for Dish Network/​Ygnition cable services. They do lock you into getting internet through Ygnitition which is much slower thant U-​Verse and Time Warner. The people around the apartment are nice and not too noisy. you do have to look out for kids strolling around the parking lots late at night most likely looking to break into cars but that is expected for this area. If was going to stay in Fort Worth i would renew my lease with this place. Worth the money.

— Faux wood floors
— All units come with a balcony or sunroom
— Noise level is at a low
Cons:
— Security gate is usually left open
— The hot tub and pool have been closed weeks at a time during the summer
— minor pest problem (ants, etc…) in my apartment
— My shower has weak water pressure
— open parking isbad
