Sales person was friendly but persistent. For a $ 750 chair, the delivery charge is $ 99 regardless of how many pieces or distance — 4 days later! I live very close tote store but, of course, the furniture comes out of a warehouse. If I bring my own vehicle, they couldn’t guarantee there would be someone to help me load. Sorry, I am old school enough to think you pay the higher prices to get service. I bought somewhere else.

Pushy pushy pushy sales folks and a pretty lame selection of furniture. Cookie cutter in every sense of the word. If you’re looking for unique pieces that will set your space apart I don’t think this is your furniture spot.
