I first got a hold of them becuase our Mac computer crashed. They were able to pull everything off our hard drive and load it onto a new EHD. A few weeks later the EHD would not read on my computer or anything. They were able to retrieve some of it, but they kept going and actually were able to manually pull everything off! I was so THRILLED!
We will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone!
