Dr Brock was a joke. After waiting two hours. She views me for 10 minutes. Rammed her ear thing in my ears and when I complained about pain she proceeded to lecture me on using Qtips. Didn’t ask about my symptoms or how I felt. Gave me an inhaler said probably bronchitis and everything is hay fever. I’ve never had hay fever and was unhappy with the amount of money spent to be treated by a flippant doctor and no quality care given. What a scam.

Expect to wait over an hour even with an appointment. I’ve been to this location about 6x’s now and every time they are way behind schedule.

Had an appointment and it took close to an hour to get in. I even got there 15 min. ahead of time and there were 4 patients ahead of me. Three hours total to get out and no, it wasn’t even a physical or anything complicated. Out of the 3 hrs there, I think I spent about 15 minutes with the doctor. Most of that time I was sitting in one of the rooms waiting. $ 90 too…

Customer service is pretty good. However, I went here on a Wednesday at 130pm and it’s not 230pm while I write this review. I haven’t seen the doc yet. And there was only two other people in here when I got here and plenty of staff. Maybe they need more actual doctors. I don’t even like going to the docs office… let alone wait for hours for a simple cough.
Signs all around about a Wes Saade, MD but I saw a female doctor… so there are more than one doc here… unless Wes doesn’t exist.
They do have free wifi and charging stations for most phones. I’m just not impressed with the wait time for the doc. Or the $ 90 fee for a simple visit. This is why I hate doctors. Overcharge and under deliver

Great service! Very friendly staff! It was Saturday my PCP was closed and I walked right in and was out within an hour! I will definitely come back. Very clean and nice atmosphere, great location on hulen.

I was visiting Fort worth over the Thanksgiving holidays, 2014 and had a relapse of a bronchitis. On a Saturday morning at about 8;30 I walked into this clinic. By 9;30 I was standing in the pharmacy across the street. The nurses and staff were kind and efficient as was the nurse practitioner that saw me. The facility is clean and kept. What a blessing to have this kind of care available. BTW, my co-​pay was the same as it is at my doctors office in Houston, $ 30.00.
