Absolutely mediocre food. I ordered a Korean burrito and was thoroughly disappointed. The rice was old and dry and the burrito unfurled and spilled everywhere as I removed the foil wrapper. It was my mistake in returning, as last time I found a hair in my food. I used to frequent this truck two years ago, but I don’t know what happened in that time to make this place so bad. If you’re interested in Korean fusion on Temple main campus, consider going anywhere else.

This place is disgusting. I ordered food from here twice and both times were disappointing. On my first visit I got a chicken kimchi salad or something of that nature and it was very disappointing. I paid $ 6 and some change for a very small portion and the lettuce looked like struggle. I wasn’t happy at all. On my next and final visit I ordered kimchi fries. Wasn’t what I expected at all. I had ordered kimchi fries from a actual Korean truck about a year or two ago that used to be on campus and the fries actually looked like fries. The fries I got from Wingo were very skinny, soaked in what looked and tasted like soy sauce but I guess was supposed to be sweet kimchi sauce and I had very little kimchi. It was very high in sodium and again not worth the price. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Just awful.

Terrible fake korean food. There are some asian people who serve food from this truck, but this is where their asian theme ends. The food is far from good. I ordered the Diablo Burrito Bowl($ 6) that had kimchi fried rice(which was far from any type of kimchi fried rice), pulled pork(unflavored and underseasoned), jalapenos(i asked for extra), Monterey Jack cheese. The food was sub par. I asked for a small serving of the diablo sauce, which apparently they are famous for, but after tasting it, I was not sure what all the fuss was about. It is a sweet, slightly smokey sauce. With other decent food trucks in the areas, I will not be coming back to this truck again.

Bangin Korean burritos! The staff and owner are really friendly too. Worth a try at least once if you’re on campus. Not very hard to find either. The truck has the most amazing graphics I’ve ever seen. You can’t miss it.

I love their Korean burritos, and I like the ability to add in traditionally Mexican ingredients. The best thing about this place is the service; the people are really nice, and the food is made very quickly. Right now, it’s one of my two favorite food trucks at Temple.

A wonderful meal! Good quality food and a banging vegetarian black bean burrito bowel for just $ 4…why are you not eating here?

An excellent choice for lunch while on Temple’s campus! Get the Wingo Sauce on whatever you get. It’s delish. And if you don’t want to be a messy eater, go for the bowl and not the tacos. Take it from a messy eater.

This is one of my favorite food trucks on Temple’s campus. The food always seems really fresh and is pretty tasty too! Though I’ve mostly just tried the Mexican portion of the menu and not the Korean, but so far so good! And the prices are very good, vegetarian burrito for $ 4? Yes, please! Besides that, and it being like 50ft from my workplace, the two main guys that run the truck are so nice and friendly! I love them. Thanks for filling me up with delicious burritos for cheap, guys!

I give Wingo Taco five stars for their pulled pork quesadillas(Mexican style). It’s ALWAYS full of meat, delicious and juicy. I have tried the burrito and I wasn’t impressed, so if I was to rate that i’d give it 3 stars. Their other food is very tasty. The service is great; they’re quick and efficient. You can also see them preparing your food thru mirrors they have overhead, which might make some people feel better about how their food is being made. They also don’t have too many people in the truck working, which makes me feel better about the atmosphere my food is sitting in all day and the hands its exposed to(maybe thats just a concern I have). Def worth trying.

I came here again and I’m raising my rating one star! This is because I had a taste of their korean wings — spicy. The chicken is crispy crunchy on the outside with a delicious drizzle of spicy sauce. I’ve heard a lot of my friends say that the other flavor they have to k-wings, soy garlic, isn’t good. Go for spicy!

visting Temple from Duke, I can tell you we don’t have this wide of variety of foods around our campus. I had korean quesadilla with bulgogi and spicy kimchi. Best kimchi ever, regardless of restaurant or food truck. Wish I could take it back to Durham with me. A friend had the wings with garlic parmesan sauce and he liked them as well. There was quite the line on a cold day, so it must be a local favorite too, and a bicycle delivery guy kept coming to pick up orders too.

It has the potential to become a really great food truck, but there are some kinks that really need worked out. Pros: Quick and friendly. Square app allows credit card purchases. Nothing like it on Temple’s campus. Large variety of toppings and tastes. Cons: Corn tortillas for tacos were severely undercooked, so much so that I couldn’t even pick up the taco to eat. Corn tortilla was mealy and too thick. The toppings were really bland with the exception of the beef. I had two salsa’s on my tacos and I couldn’t taste either of them. Wings only have two vareties. With a few months of refining, this place could be the next big taco and wing truck, but right now, I’m going to hold off… like I said, great potential.

Hey for $ 4.50 I’ll take a quesodilla and a drink. They did take a bit to make the quesodilla but these food trucks are never supremely fast. They accept debit cards which is always a plus.

Bleh. My SO and I were lured in by this super colorful truck and its promise of Korean style fried chicken and marinated beef tacos. Wingo Taco didn’t really deliver. The soy garlic wings did not have enough soy flavor and were so sweet, it tasted like they had been coated in a sugar cereal. The breading was really crunchy, which added to the cereal effect, but I suppose it’s better too crunchy than soggy. My SO’s burrito was a mess and leaked sauce everywhere before he even took it out of the wrapper. The ingredients were kind of basic and lacking in harmony. The prices were decent though and we were relatively full when we finished. I still prefer Sammy Chon’s and the Cheez Busz out of the Templetown food trucks. I’d be willing to give Wingo Taco another try but I’m not expecting miracles.

As soon as i saw this truck on campus I was curious about it. Now that it had opened this week, I had to give it a try. They accept credit cards, which is a huge plus for a food truck on campus. They have a lot of different toppings for their tacos, burritos etc. I chose to mix between Mexican and Korean toppings to make it interesting. And it was! I do feel like there was a more dominant Korean flavor in mine, but that might have been because of the toppings I chose. This place is a bit pricier than other trucks, but tastes quality for the price. I may come here again, but I want to try the wings next time! Also as a side note, the cashier has an adorable high voice.
