Philadelphia Juice Bar

This juice bar resides inside 12^th Street Gym. I had a beet and ginger type juice, and it was freshly made. I received $ 1 off for checking in on Unilocal,and enjoyed it on the walk home. It was super refreshing. The prices are not cheap, and the amount of juice is pretty small, but when you see the amount of fresh produce that goes into it, and the time it takes to make just one, you suck it up!

Great new juice place in Center City — finally! I know there some juice places scattered in the area but this one is very close to where I work and live so I was so excited when I saw the sign outside!
It is in the 12^th street gym and I had to sign in to go in which was slightly annoying — I hope I don’t have to do this each time I want to get a juice/​smoothie.
The woman working behind the counter was courteous friendly and helpful. She informed me the juices were organic and I ordered the green remediation juice — it was delicious! And the prices are def competitive compared to some other places.
The place itself is cute and very clean/​trendy.
My only qualm is that they do not open till 3 – 4 pm and I often would want something like this in the morning/​afternoon. They do have the option of putting in an order the day before and then picking it up anytime the next morning/​afternoon (before business hours) but this requires more foresight than I usually have. Hope they adjust their hours! Kinda defeats the purpose of having a «go-​to» juice place if they’re only open 3 times a day
My first experience was a good one and I’m sure I’ll be back for more!

A great way to reenergize after a workout or prep for one.

This place is a a hidden gem! Tucked inside of one of the city’s higher end gyms, this is a full fledged organic juice bar– definitely not your normal
vending machine of sports drinks. It’s worth the trip without having to work out, too. If you’ve ever walked through crowded Center City after 4PM on a Friday, you’ve earned the pleasure of one of these smoothies.

So glad to finally have healthy and organic juice options in Washington Square West! I’m not even a gym member (yet), but I’ve been coming here since the Juice Bar has opened simply for the refreshing and healthy drinks. The owner behind Philadelphia Juice Bar, Anita, is incredibly knowledgeable about juicing and is sensitive to dietary restrictions and quick to recommend healthy post-​workout blends.
The best part about these juices? Philadelphia Juice Bar tries to source local organic ingredients whenever possible, and the prices are cheaper than other juice bars around the city. Can’t wait to come back!
