I am updating my review of Smoothie King.
I tried it a second time and it seems like the management had a talk to the servers. The experience was much better than the first time I went.
Since their product is good and reasonably priced, and the facilities are properly kept (they even have their own sitting space), a good customer service experience makes this place a winner now.
I’m very happy that they have improved their service. I now recommend it.

No smack talk from me. It’s true, the location of this Smoothie King is akin to an Orange Julius at the mall. Not sure how much traffic this place gets, since every time I do grab a smoothie I’m the only one there with a bored, but nice employee taking my order. But I’ve never had any problems, they have lots of options, and I’m always super happy with what I get afterwards! Sometimes the prices make me balk a little, as you can easily end up with an 8 dollar smoothie filled with rando protein powders, whey powder, etc.

Been using this SK intermittently for a while, but thought it was the worst of all their locations I had visited. Happy to say my experience today was much improved. Staff was attentive to me (rather than their cell phones), didn’t look bothered by my presence, smiled and actually knew the menu. The difference was startling enough that I asked if they were under new management. Cool!
