Awesome store! Mike went out of his way to help us out when he didn’t have the low profile box springs we wanted. Not only did he find it but had it delivered and set that afternoon!

No one on the planet Earth can make a mattress recommendation better than Mike Fisher. This guy is a genius, perhaps should be a doctor :-/​. On a serious note, after spending hours going from store to store, listening to scripted speeches from sales people who just doesn’t know what they are really talking about, I wandered into the Mattress Depot. Mike is such a no pressure sales person, and honest, honest, honest about his recommendations. He will tell you the strong points and weak points about the big name/​big priced mattresses. I took his suggestion, bought the recommended adjustable bed, and mattress, and I cannot tell you how that mattress impacted my sleep time. The next day I had to stop by the store to personally thank Mike. This guy really knows what he is talking about and based on what you tell him, he is going to give you the very best recommendation for a mattress to alleviate or overcome your problem with sleep whether you buy from him or not. I suggest you make the purchase. Remember, you will sleep on that mattress from the next few to several years. You ought to at least enjoy every hour of it. Thank you Mike Fisher.

5 stars just isn’t enough! Michael Fischer took amazing care of us! We had to wait for a little bit due to people in front of us, but WAS IT WORTH IT!!! Just got my dream bed and it didn’t break my budget! Excellent customer service skills and all around good guy! My husband and I are very pleased and now we can enjoy a comfortable bed with our newborn son and our other three kiddos!!! We won’t be shopping anywhere else for beds, this is our new go to!

Highly recommend! I needed a mattress that very day that I could afford. The gentleman in the store, I believe the owner, was very kind and directed to me my options. Informative and not pushy. And the price was so good, I was able to purchase another much-​needed mattress and a mattress cover. I was and still am very happy with my purchases.

Ryan the person I worked with was awesome! He helped me get a great mattress at a reasonable price. I was in and out of there with a mattress set strapped to my car in less than an hour. He was extremely personable and honest, not pushy like the other mattress stores I had been to. Great store, will recommend to others.

Service was very awesome, quick and friendly and not pushy! Only thing was they «included» a mattress cover in my price and told me it was included, but it was a separate price on the receipt. It’s fine though, much better service than the other mattress stores I went to, as well as better prices.

This place is fantastic! I have now purchased two mattresses from Jim and both experiences have been beyond my expectations. There is no pressure and they know what they are talking about with all the different mattresses. I will always go back to Jim and mattress depot for our mattresses.
