I had a great experience buying a queen size bed with my daughter. The price and selection we’re good. Absolutely no sales pressure at all. That is a huge plus. I seen a nice dinning room table and chairs that I am interested in. Soon I will come and get it. They also had some nice sofas and love seats.

Me and my brothers case worker came here looking for a bed and a desk for my little brother. The experience in the store was alright the owner seemed a little rushed and sometimes almost put off that we were asking him questions about some of the furniture. Almost like okay hurry up and pick already we weren’t there for too long though. My biggest gripe was that he told me the delivery for the bed would be on Monday. Monday came and went and nobody showed up I called on Monday afternoon at 4:30 to ask where the bed was. The owner who had taken my order had left for Vegas and did not even put my order in, his son who I spoke on the phone had to call him in vegas to ask him what I was even talking about. He told me that the order did not seem to be put in at all and that it was their mistake they would deliver the bed the next day. I told them on the phone that I would not be able to help the movers of the bed at all because I would be super busy that day as well I asked them if they could remove the kids bed that was in there. I was told if I wanted them to move the kids bed into the hallway instead of doing it myself I would have to pay 20 to 30 dollars extra on top of the $ 30 fee I already paid for them to deliver the bed. I told him no. Anyways the next day the bed arrived. It was one older gentleman in a van with no help I had to stop what I was doing to help him move everything out of the van and into the bedroom myself. So what am I paying for it if I’m basically a mover myself. I had told the gentleman on the phone I would not be able to help the movers at all so he sends one guy over here who needs my help? After helping the gentleman drag all the stuff into the house and put the box spring on the frame I realized the bed was huge. I had ordered a full size bed they had delivered a queen size bed. The mover left without the bed completely put together. I called the store and complained that not only did I have to help move the bed all the way into the bedroom which I did not have time to do because I was working from home watching a bunch of kids and trying to cook lunch. I also complained that they delivered the wrong size bed he said I ordered a queen I told him I absolutely did not order a queen I ordered a full size bed so he put me on hold and had to call the owner who was in Vegas once again to figure it out after sitting on the phone on hold for a while he came back and said the guy would turn around and come pick up the queen size bed go back to the warehouse and pick up the full size and bring it back I told him he better have help this time because I am NOT helping anymore I have already helped more than I had agreed that I would. He also admitted after looking at it closer that I had indeed ordered a full size not a queen sized. Anyways this has been a horrible experience for me and I will never buy furniture here ever again. Just doesn’t seem to me that the customer who pays their hard earned money is valued at all. My order doesn’t even get put in at all and they have to call the owner who’s all the way off in Vegas to try to figure out what’s going on then they get it completely wrong and have to redo it all over again. Doesn’t seem to me like customer service is important here so I basically pay $ 30 for delivery of two separate beds that I had to help move and put together myself.

I came to this store looking for a particular brand(Stanton) of furniture. Either way, the staff/owner, Nazir was very helpful and very patient. The selection is vast and the options are limitless. I didn’t feel the pressure most salespersons apply«to make the sale.» Nazir made calls to the manufacturer on my behalf to confirmed colors, patterns, etc. I had been looking at area carpets too, and Nazir was kind enough to add that to my order, and even delivered it, without any additional fees. There is a big sign in the store which reads, «WEWILLMATCHORBEATANYPRICE!» Nazir did not disappoint. I would recommend shopping around, then come here. If they don’t have it in stock, they can get it. Bring your best deals to this establishment, and see what they can do for you.

Buyer beware: don’t believe everything you hear. They told us we would be able to exchange our special order with another rug color, but when we came there they wouldn’t let us. They said they could only exchange it with another rug of lesser value and style. Good quality rugs, but bad customer relations. Definitely won’t come back again.
