this restaurant is terrible. pro: it is cheap. we had the yukeh jang, pork cutlet and udon. udon was packaged, cutlet was cold and very very thin. the yukeh jang had very very little beef. and it looked like old vegetables from uneaten food was tossed in there. the kimchee was sour and not fresh. they don’t really wait on the people who they serve even though we were the only ones. they are also not very friendly which kind of just added insult to injury. whoever thinks this is a good place to eat, either had a very different experience than me, or is lying.

My first time to order from Lim’s even I have gone many hundreds of shopping trips to H Mart in Federal Way. There are several eateries in the market. More of food court setting, but more of restaurant quality menu. They can soooo spoil you by all those choices. Lim’s are the latest eating spot there in the market for sure. I had Soondae&Ddk bok ki spicy mix combo. It was pretty good. I mean pretty, pretty good. There is saying, «Good things are come when least expected»… I didn’t expect to be this good! They make their own broth for their noodle soups like seafood noodle soup. But, I am definitely going to try their Grilled Mackerel lunch Box next time:) Three guys are at the kitchen; prepping, cutting, cooking and serving. so cute. Just thinking about it makes me hungry. The price was shocked at how big it was. I thought they brought wrong portion by accident. The rice cake was very tenderly cooked, yet chewy enough for every little bite. Pretty, pretty good… mmm-mmmmm! They somehow got rid of original stinky pork smell from Soondae perfectly! – These aren’t easy thing to do in prep. This place is definitely a hidden gem! Give it a try if you are in the area :-) Price was very reasonable and ingredients are very fresh! Ummm, what else?
