What a waste of the last month!!! Found the «perfect dress» and now after 4 visits for alterations the dress is awful! With one week before the wedding still no dress! What is David’s Bridal offering? Refund for alterations! What the hell! No apologies, no it’s our fault let us make it right. Brides Beware! I’ve seen better dresses on a zombie bride at 4th Friday

Poor customer service. They aren’t busy. We are the only customer in the store, yet, no one is here to assist us in putting strappy dresses on. I have to continually walk up front and ask for assistance. We ended up buying prom dress here, but not impressed at all with customer service.

Horrible people. My wife and friend went out dress shopping for her friends wedding. Everything was going great as she tried on a few dresses but when she mentioned she was visiting several shops before buying the attitudes totally changed.
Luckily the bride to be didn’t hear the witches that work there. The sales lady said to the lady who seemed to be a manager (she was walking around asking how things were) in a nasty attitude «she isnt even buying anything, can you believe this?» to which the manager replies «what? then why is she even wasting our time?»
There are far better places that will treat you better that understand that people arnt going to drop a couple thousand dollars without shopping around first. Treating people like crap is a sure way to ensure any time and effort you have invested goes to waste. Way to be classy Davids Bridal!

This is where I bought my wedding dress. They have beautiful dresses, and the staff is very friendly. They tirelessly brought me new dresses to try on, and were very supportive.
They also do very fast alterations on site. I wasn’t as pleased with the alterations done on my dress, because it ended up being tighter than it was supposed to be, but overall they treated the dress well, even doing a more complicated bustle for me.
