I went here because my friend needed to shop for a wedding dress and I needed to find a bridesmaid dress. I think the prom and bridesmaid dresses are a little overpriced here, and a lot of them seemed super gaudy and blingy. One cool feature is that you can rent wedding dresses if you don’t have the desire or the budget to purchase one. A lot of the wedding dress styles seemed a bit older and maybe what you’d consider conservative styles, like with sleeves and whatnot. The sales women were super helpful and knowledgeable. My friend ended up buying a fit and flare dress that originally retails for about $ 1200(we looked it up) and she paid $ 480 for it. The seamstress does great things with bustling and alterations. My friend has elected to change the back of her dress and bustle it up in a super flattering bit simple matter. I think even after paying for the alterations she still came out spending $ 600 or a little less. This place doesn’t look like much for sure, but if you have the patience to sift through the racks you can potentially find some good deals.

I got a pageant dress here and although I love the dress and was helped as if no one else was there the seamstress messed up my dress. She took it in just a hair too much only in one spot. It took three, THREE, women to zip the dress up, I asked if it was me, if I had put on weight and she assured me it was not me but the dress itself and she couldn’t fix it. She asked if I was going to have help at the pageant and I said yes and she told me to just have them help zip the dress up. I took the dress home(having had to pay for everything up front) and practiced for the pageant with my mom helping me zip it up. Well the dress has now ripped and there is no time to take it somewhere to get it fixed so now my mom has to try to fix it herself(although my mom is awesome at this stuff she is not a professional). Lont story short DON’T GOTHERE!!!

Horrible seamstress & fittings!!! Do not get anything fitted(tailored) at this store!!! They ruined a $ 900 dress of my daughters, & said there was nothing they could do to fix their mistake, thank goodness for Jan’s because she can fix anything & she will fix it right. Jan’s is on Bragg Blvd. well worth the drive.

Me and my friends were not pleased with the customer service we received. The Bride to be was never asked to come out of the dressing room to look at herself in the mirror. After being told what the bride was looking for, the employees still were not able to pick out what she wanted. The one dress the Bride to be wanted was missing sequins and instead of reducing the price($ 500+) they stated they can add more to the dress. Was not satisfied at all with the service and selection. I will not recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress for a special occasion.

I had such a wonderful experience here. First time I came in I was looking for a pageant dress with my daughter. We had 2 people helping fit her and try on dresses. There are so many colors and fits and beading, it can almost be overwhelming! But Dana helped us to find the most amazing Tony Bowls dress for her! We came back again for her Military Ball as our experience was so wonderful the previous time. Again we were guided and helped this time by a young lady named Audra. She pulled some dresses out based on color preferences and knew exactly what fit was perfect for my daughter. There is nothing comparable to Bridal and Formal in selection, price and help. And it is a Fayetteville standard in formal gowns.

Yuck. Crowded messy store. NO customer service. Weird signs telling you not to take pictures. Outdated/gaudy dresses that are ridiculously overpriced. Don’t waste your time.

I mistakenly went on a Saturday during prom season to find my wedding gown. The place does not allow time slots for appointments… now I see why. I was not greeted at the door. No one there had any idea what they were doing. The poor girl that was helping me into my gowns was only 16 years old(though very kind and polite) and could hardly lift the thing over my head to help me in it. You’re not allowed to take pictures of the gowns(which seems strange because how are you supposed to remember what one looks like if you can’t remember what you look like in it?) Overall– not the place for that feel good bridal experience.

I am really glad I did not buy a dress from here. One moment the manager is talking bad about obese people and their fantasy of looking like the models and the next, talks about how we should never look down on obese people. Besides all that, I must have went on a busy day, because I was ignored for a good 30 minutes before I got helped. I picked out the dresses to try on and it was hard because the curtains were white and so thin and flimsy there was almost no privacy. On top of that, the employees are so micromanaging at the changing rooms. I was so uncomfortable because there was absolutely no trust what so ever. I had to wait around for a while to inquire about a dress I saw online and I got fed up because I was getting ignored once again. That is when I left. Plus everyone else’s reviews make me never wanna come here again!

This was the first store I checked out to find a bridal gown and I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I picked this store because according to their website they sell Maggie Sottero dresses. After calling the store they told me that no appointment is necessary and they have a lot of Maggie Sottero dresses. Well, they had three dresses…(I am not sure if that counts as a «lot of») needless to say that I did not find anything there. The customer service was very poor and one salesperson disappeared during my fitting and was replaced by the store manager, who seemed to be a bit more motivated that the salesperson. Unfortunately she did absolutely not understand what I wanted(maybe because she was not listening at all) and kept showing me three dresses I did not like. I would like to point out at this point that I told her exactly what I imagined myself in. Another negative aspect is that you are not allowed to take pictures. I am German and need to buy my wedding dress on my own. How am I suppose to show my family back in Germany the dress if I can not take a picture? The dresses look completely different on the models, so sending a link does not help at all. Stay away from this store and go somewhere else. It is always a good sign if you need to make an appointment. That shows that the salesperson is at least focused on you.

Funny thing is, I MADEMYMISTAKEOFBUYINGTHEDRESSHERE. First of all, VERYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE. They are terribly rude & you can tell they just want to snatch that money right out of your hands. I was desperate because I could not find a dress for my military ball I had to attend last minute & couldn’t find a dress anywhere else. They have a policy that you can only try on 3 dresses per visit. How will I know from 3 dresses that I picked the best choice for me??? After I picked my dress, the alterations lady started pinning my dress without giving me a price on alterations or even asking if I wanted to get my dress altered there! It was really pricey so I just asked if I could get it altered somewhere else. The lady literally yelled at me & told me that I was wasting the alteration lady’s time so if I wasn’t going to get my dress altered there, I had to pay a $ 10 fee. Like a stupid person, I just did it because I REALLY needed the dress. So if you want bad customer service and a limited amount of options in a HUGE store… I suggest going here. If not, don’t bother wasting your time and money in these jerks.

I had a horrible experience here. I went very prepared with a large list of dresses I wanted to view for both bridesmaids and Bridal. We were taken to a room full of bridesmaids gowns and promptly left us with no idea if they even had any of the dresses in stock I wanted. After looking we only found 2 dresses to try on and these weren’t even on the list. They were ok and we couldn’t take pictures to show the other girls(I have 7 all different body styles). When I asked about a designer for my mother I was told they didn’t have her in stock but we should order it. These dresses cost over $ 400. Why would I order a dress that expensive when my mom couldn’t even try it on. Then she showed us the Mother rack which was approximately 6 feet long. That’s it. Finally, I asked to see their Maggie Sottero selection(the main reason I was there) and she asked me if I planned on purchase today. She said they didn’t just allow anyone to try on their Couture Dresses. I advised her I would purchase if I found what I wanted. After a similar situation with the bridesmaids gowns she finally used her computer and informed me they only had MAYBE2 of the dresses I wanted out of 15 and then she couldn’t even find those. I was told I should look through the outlet section to see if I liked any of those. Needless to say I left a very dissatisfied customer. They can boast the largest selection but it’s outlet dresses not designer. And their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this place at all.

I went to this store over the summer looking for a gown. My experience wasn’t good. First of all, you can’t take pictures of the dresses. How are you supposed to come back & remember which dress you liked the best? Also, the store is divided in half; half is the outlet dresses and half is the regular dresses. The outlet dresses are as is; they cannot order a dress in a different size. They’re all discontinued. And, they cut out all of the tags from the outlet dresses, so you can’t write down the manufacturer and style number to try to find it somewhere else. This also makes it extremely difficult to come back & remember which dress you liked. We didn’t have good service when we were there, either. We were paired with one girl who insisted on bringing us dresses she thought we would like, and all we wanted her to do was to go get the dresses we had put to the side that I wanted to try on. She also managed to ditch us twice to go help out another customer. The first time she ditched us, she got reprimanded by her boss. Yet, she managed to do it a second time. We weren’t being problem customers; she was just a terrible associate. I didn’t buy my dress here. How would I remember which one I liked the best?
