Seems like a great place to go after a high school prom, because all I saw were underage drinkers trying hard to look cool. Ashamed the owners and staff would allow such a thing. Beer selection is acceptable and food looked decent although I didn’t get anything. $ 0.49 wings on Sunday’s, which helps the underage kids afford a few drinks and some food on mom and dad’s allowance.

Great dive bar with amazing wings and very sociable, friendly staff! Check out their venue for live bands, also good! Very reasonable prices for drafts/​imports.

A lot better than I would have thought. The bartender was friendly, the prices were reasonable, the food was actually quite good, and they had a large selection of draft beer as well liquor.

Bengals bar. The bartender was really cool and they have drink specials during the games. Not the largest selection of beers but there is enough to suffice.

I just discover this place and I loved it.
I come over on a Thursday that is supposed to be the most crowded evening due to the college night.
Se had dinner and the smokey burger was amazing! Beer selection is satisfying: craft are pretty good and cheap though.
they also play a different music than the other bar around, that’s gods because sometime I like something different than the standard hiphop.

Traveling for business and this place was closest for lunch. I won’t lie I was judging the place based on the look and immediately assumed the food would not be good. As they say «Never judge a book by its cover»…well that is true with this place. The sandwiches were excellent — fries were super crispy! My coworker had a salad that she loved as well. The server was nice and took good care of us. I would absolutely come back if I was in the area.

Great craft selection and the staff are really cool people. Food is good and tasty. Music is diverse and always jammin! Down to earth environment and very comfortable.

The service was awful and the waitress had no idea what she was doing. The food was extremely cold and me and wife waited for over an hour. Never ever again would eat here again.

I stopped in after the front desk employee of my hotel recommended this place quick and efficient service I guess you call this place definitely a dive bar, the wings at $.49 apiece (Tuesday night special) I had some with a barbecue sauce on it that I didn’t like but I guess it’s just because I’m a plain, mild or slightly hot wing girl, but the wings were really good and crispy. They had a trivia contest going on that night and people seem to enjoy themselves as did I, the guy that was running the trivia game, was funny and quite engaging. I think you have to learn to keep your expectations in check when you rate businesses I hate to see somebody completely slam the business because it’s not a five star environment. This place was clean and satisfactory food besides you can’t beat a place that serves chicken pot pie soup on a cold day, walking out full and paying less than $ 7.00 was a big bonus :) I would say it’s between a 3 – 4 stars because it does have quite a bit to offer for a little tiny bar, Keep open-​minded I think you might enjoy it!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service ever. After waiting for food it came out cold and only sporadic. Drinks took forever and our waitress was completely incompetent.

I tried One Eyed Jack’s before attending a Wright State basketball game across the street and had a pretty good experience. The inside looks like your average plaza dive bar with karaōke, but good service and food can make a dive bar great. I tried the Saracha Burger special and the burger was so big I could barely fit it in my mouth. They also have great local brews on tap. I was even more impressed that the bartender was kind enough to allow me to sample some brews before I made a selection. If you like unique, «mom and pa» bars, then you need to try this place because there’s nothing but commercial establishments like Red Lobster and Texas Roadhouse nearby.

Great establishment but steer clear if you are a law abiding citIzen. They allow underage drinking on the regular because even kids with huge black Xs on their hand come in and get beers. I’ve literally watched those same kids get reprimanded and have to give their drinks up to their owner. I’ve officially decided that I can’t allow this kinda of place to keep allowing underage drinking to keep up with their business even if they have amazing food coming from their chef. I guess the last straw was watching their bartender David pour a shot of Hennessy back into a bottle after a customer couldn’t afford the shot. I had to convince this bartender that was a bad idea because whenever you pay top dollar even after its poured you don’t do that.,. You NEVER pour it back into the bottle. I wasn’t the only witness… This guy only works there once a week so maybe he’s an idiot. I don’t know.
But I’ve watched a lot happen here and I’m like what the hell… The stAndArd is low here… And incredibly unsanitary…, be careful.
The chef is has got some of the best homemade salsa imaginable which is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. He really has a great recipe! The burgers are pretty darn good too, it’s just sad that the manager allows shady stuff to happen in her bar. The place has potential but if they don’t want to get shut down by the cops they might want to tighten up their clientele to only over 21 and get their health standards up too.

So this post is going to be a little negative. I just left this place and have to say I’m surprised at all the positive reviews. I came into the bar with intentions of sampling a few of there beers on tap but only managed to get 1.
The bar was filled with locals which is great if your trying to pick a good one to try. I started with something I knew and the bartender told me all the specials on food and drinks. Never passed a menu though. Nope I’m not hungry.
I then drank my beer while smelling the smoke coming in from the smokers right outside the door and listening to the very loud greatful dead music.
I then find out there is a 2^nd bartenders she person behind the bar pouring drinks and not paying attention to the only guy with an empty glass.
40 minutes I sat there with an empty glass in front of me just to see how long it would take.
I’m sure the food is good because other Unilocalers have said so. I’m sure the beers on tap are cold as mine was. I just expected this to be better.
I’ll give it another shot next time I’m in town.

Great little local eatery with a wide selection of craft beers. Ok service. Awesome burgers and pub food. A solid recommendation to others.

We were traveling through and just wanted a bite to eat and a beer. Found this place by chance and a lucky find it was. This is a great little bar with lots of choice in beers both on draft and bottle. The burgers were great. We had the three cheese bacon burger. Delicious! The onion rings were a little too done but overall a great place

Awesome beers, good looking efficient bartenders. Good DJ. And the chicken wings in Thai peanut sauce were great

Small little dive bar… Food was pretty decent.
The live bands were actually very good.

Got to visit this establishment during my recent trip to Fairborn for the election.
On a Monday afternoon (during happy hour, no less), this place was great for grabbing a quick beer and sandwich between canvassing shifts. Like, seriously quick.
I had the Veggie Zaffer and loved the «Siracha-​kraut!» Also, a pint of $ 2.50 Yuengling makes this Hoosier-​Girl very excited!
I only wish I would have gotten to hear a band play in this joint, it looks like it would be a pretty swell place to be if you’re a Wright State student or Fairborn youngster.
One complaint: the bathrooms! They needed a little help. I mean, it’s a bar… but it looked like the ladies room hadn’t been touched in quite awhile…

$ 1 beers — really? Yes! wednesdays have $ 1 domestic bottles, $ 2 more fancy bottles. Really good joint everytime i visit the greater dayton area. close to the hotel i stay at, and very friendly staff. Good music, and good food.

Stopped in for lunch today; had the chicken club lunch special. It was served on wheat Texas toast and cut into quarters and served with chips and a pickle. For $ 6.99, not bad for lunch. This place was hopping! They have happy hour from 3 – 6 with $ 1 drafts and $ 2 off any appetizer, so next visit may be meeting the girls for that.
