The taller African American rep won’t even help a customer load packages at the counter. Maybe he is just not satisfied with how much he get paid. But ups’s service is always better.

I was shipped a new Sprint iPhone and needed to send the old one back. I packed it in the exact same packing material that my new phone was sent in(double boxed, inflatable plastic buffers). The service rep opened the package at the store and told me it was not adequate and she could repack it for 9.99. I asked her what 9.99 got me and she told me she would wrap the inner box in bubble wrap. Nice try FedEx. I can buy bubble wrap for 2 bucks max. So, two stars for trying to gouge me.

8 customers on the store. All here to ship packages but only 1 employee(of 4) can process packages at a time. I could have driven the package to it’s destination in the time it took me to be helped.

Awful early morning experience. Had to print a presentation off a flash drive. I thought I could handle it because of the 30 times I had done it before, so it didn’t mind me that I wasn’t greeted. 1. Go to the Copy/Print Center. Won’t let me print. 2. Go to the second station. Select all my options and select print, print thinks for 5 mins and fails. 3. Employee says its because I have it in a folder, though never had an issue before. 4. Go to computer rental as instructed. 5. Computer doesn’t recognize USB. Logoff. 6. Go to next. Computer fails and shuts down. 7. Go to next. Computer fails and shuts down. 8. Go to original. Reads USB and offers to print in grayscale for 5 times the cost of the Copy/Print 10 cents a page. 9. I walk out empty handed and couldn’t even imagine this level of fail.
