Ate here and used Everett mall gift card, employee doesn’t know how to use it saying it’s empty but took something and I used a different card and I got charged on both but didn’t get a refund on the mall gift card. talked to the manager who’s talking so loud that everyone around eating can hear me yelling and staring .not a good service at all .he gave me a kids meal gift certificate, still not happy because of the attitude when he gave it to me. not a good management .very unhappy.

Before I gave them a middling review, since it used to be hit or miss, but the last few times they were either understaffed or overworked, the food trays were either mostly empty or what was there looked like it had been sitting for hours, and the last three times we went the wife and I both got upset stomachs. They also consistently forget the fortune cookies. I used to think it was due to our going there near the end of the day, but even in the afternoon it was like this.
