I was lurred in by their commericals showing the sea of freshly prepared chinese food and seafood dishes. When we got there I felt more like cattle sent out to graze. By definition of «Buffet» they get that right. There are tons of options so there is a little bit for everyone’s tastes… if you have never been to a good Chinese food restaurant. They had the typical dishes that you would find at any similar place just prepared in bulk. Seating is cafeteria style so you might not know who the guys next you is. $ 10 says it’s the guy trying to challenge the«All you can eat«rule. There are kids running around while there parents push the above mentioned rule. It’s Cheap chinese food and the clientele that frequents this place is what you can imagine. I’m by no means a snob but when you cover bananas in what appears to be a strawberry sauce and it turns out to be sweet & sour sauce… I’m not coming back… Who the hell puts S&S on bananas’??? I do not reccomend this place… yuck.

Yikes! I came here for mother’s day dinner with my friend’s family and I was pretty disappointed – even though I was super excited to gorge on food. First off, this location is closing soon and moving all their business to Lucky(across the street) so I think that contributed to the lack of food and quality. I was sad to see a lot of food items missing or empty and the buffet lines really weren’t kept clean. The floors were wet and I almost fell a couple times. For the price, though, it was good enough.($ 11.50)

This is my favorite chinese buffet to date. Adore the walnut shrimp, wonton soup, steamed gyoza, korean style ribs, baby clams, and(when they have it) spicy squid. The staff is nice and on top of things. It can get crowded on Friday night. Soft drinks are free and they have a huge variety of food. I don’t remember what meat it was – a pepper roast? – they had on a cutting board. It tasted like a salt lick. Everything else I’ve tried in the many times I’ve gone has been decent to delicious.

For a Chinese buffet it’s not bad. Some things were over cooked and hard, some things were so so, and there were two things that actually were tasty enough that if ordered as an appetizer at an expensive place I wouldn’t snub my nose. The American style sushi was good for what it is. The place was clean. I also liked that they had some American classics for the kids such as: fries, cheese pizza, chicken nuggets, and fish sticks. I would eat there again if somebody wanted to but wouldn’t really go out of my way for a second round as I’m not a huge buffet fan as is. But for what it is it’s not bad. I guess I’ll say I went up three times and ate about 2⁄3 of each plate as there were a few things that were over cooked or just didn’t meet expectations. But I guess that’s the beauty of a buffet. You can just get rid of what you don’t like and go in search for something else to try.

Good Chinese Buffet for a cheap price. 6 dollars for lunch with company discount. Soft serve ice cream is a big PLUS and also try the curry chicken, which they dont have a luckys buffet!!!

Ive been to AAA Buffet a couple times before and have to say, I was more satisfied with this trip than my past ones. The food was alright and the staff stayed on top of the dishes in the food area, making sure they were always full and fresh. We had no wait to get our dishes removed from our table either! I think the only thing that left me longing for more was most of their chicken dishes… While breading and sauce were abundant in all selections, the chicken itself was dry and tough inside all the flavoring.

First off, it is what it is. A cheap chinese buffet, and all that entails. There will be fat people loadin’ up six plates, there will be kids running around unchecked. It might be loud, and crowded. It’s about six bucks for lunch, everything included. In other words, cheap, and fast. I’m not a huge fan of AYCE anything, because I’m not one to eat a whole bunch of food in one sitting. I generally have leftovers even from a modest sized plate of food, so you won’t see me maxing out the buffet very often at all. That being said, this place is handy for my lunch, so I stop in occasionally, mostly because a couple of items they regularly serve here call my name from time to time. One of them is the walnut shrimp, always delicious. Another are the stuffed crab shells, mmm. There are some deep-fried crawfish cakes that are pretty good, too. All the usual suspects are here, it’s a big spread. Not spotlessly clean of course, but not disgusting either. The food seems fresh enough, and they are usually busy enough to keep everything movin’ quickly enough, food-wise. If you know the chinese buffet game and want to play, you could do worse. They have 25% off coupons in the Val-Pack and local paper, which puts you right at 5 bucks or so for lunch, not bad. The servers actually do a pretty good job of clearing plates and whatnot. Seriously, the walnut shrimp are pretty tasty ! So are those stuffed crab thingys ! I think they will do take-out by weight, I might have to check into that.

It’s so busy to come in on Sundays after 12pm coz people are coming from church but it’s also one of the best days to go coz of their fresh crab legs which for $ 11(or $ 9 with the coupon from value pack) it’s worth it. There have been a lot more larger groups because of the raffle for the tv which is a nice publicity event for them. They need a bigger restaurant coz sometimes when it’s busy their seating has you share a table with another family or group though. I like the fact that for what you’re paying for it had free drinks and refills compared to other buffets you have to pay for it. I like the ice cream selection as well instead of the typical vanilla white or mixed. I wrote this in January of 2009! They don’t serve crab legs anymore!

I am so not impressed. I feel really bad giving the owner a bad review. He was so nice and personable, but when it comes right down to it he can’t carry the place. The selection was small compared to most Chinese buffets. For some reason I thought they had a Mongolian grill, so no grill was pretty disappointing. Having a grill can really make up for mediocre food. The place was so dirty. There was old food stuck to the walls and it looked like the carpet had never had a good cleaning. If someone else paid, maybe I would go back, and that’s a big maybe…

I just want to say if you are looking for a good place to eat this is not the place. If you see a aaa China buffet keep on driving. Most of the food had no taste(at all). But I will say they had the best canned peaches you have ever had. The only way I would ever bring friend or family to this place was if we all needed our colon cleansed.

First off, I will say one of the best ways to judge a Chinese restaurant is by the number of Asian patrons. This place usually has a fair amount. My Japanese uncle loves to go here, and we try to take him at least once a month. He’s not easy to please! My husband(and uncle) love the seafood selection. It’s amazing to me(a seafood hater,) what disgusting things they can find there to bring to the table. I can understand the crab legs. That seems normal-ish. But baby octopus thingys??? Ewwww… So, if you go with an Asian who likes to eat authentic Chinese fare, be prepared to see some weird stuff. I like the more traditional food, and they have plenty of that. They have pretty much everything you’d expect to see on any Chinese menu. Many of the sauces are kept off of the food and in little buckets for you to put on yourself, so you can customize your food to your taste. Maybe you like sweet and sour on your egg foo yung and gravy on your fried chicken bits. Who knows? But you can do it there. They have about one side of a bar devoted to American food that seems to be aimed at kids. Apparently kids don’t eat baby octopus. They have a pretty nice salad bar, for a Chinese buffet, but really, who wants to fill up on salad when you have all of those delicious options right behind you? I look at the lettuce every time, but the hot food beckons. I figure just looking at the lettuce counts as being healthy. They have a sushi bar. I don’t eat sushi but my uncle seems to like it. Sushi is cute, and AAA’s sushi is cute. That’s about it for my review of the sushi. It’s cute and my uncle likes it. For dessert, you can have everything from the traditional Chinese egg custards to jello to ice cream(about 8 different flavors.) Be prepared to wait behind a couple of kids to get at the ice cream. It’s pretty good ice cream, and the kids are generally well-behaved and get out of the way pretty quickly. If they don’t, just throw baby octopus at them. They have all kinds of different things to drink. It’s self-service so you can change your mind every time you go up. Or drink 6 different things at once. But you have to carry all of your glasses. All of the staff there has always been very nice, as well as attentive. No matter how busy they are, and they can be packed, I’ve never had any problems getting the table cleared of dirty plates or even waiting long for a seat. I like that they seat you rather than having to wander around looking for an open table, like at most other buffets. I realize there is better Chinese food out there. But this is a Chinese buffet and they don’t specialize in one style of food. So I’m rating it as a buffet, and for that they do an awesome job. The food is always hot(unless it’s ice cream, jello, salad, etc. in which case hot would be bad,) and kept fresh and replenished. Be prepared for a full house if you go on a Saturday or especially a Sunday or holiday. But they do a good job of managing a crowd. Now I’m hungry for Chinese food and it’s 4:00 in the morning. This is gonna be a problem…

I like their food even it’s not the best one! Compared to another chinese all you can eat restaurants, here is more less MSG than other’s and the service is fine. Sushi is just acceptable, walnut shrimp is good and fish is ok. Overall looks OK because of the reasonable price and the food quality, good choice for big family. Anyway …it’s OK to stop by if you’re hungry. Have a nice day!

Where can you get the following items, all in the same buffet: Whole shell crab, orange chicken, sushi, mongolian beef, honey walnut shrimp, soup, pizza, fries, ice cream floats, macaroons, cream puffs? AAA China Buffet, of course! For just about $ 10 it’s all you can eat. The food is surprisingly decent, for buffet food — it’s not nearly the quality you’d get at a normal sit down restaurant, and is about on par with Magic Dragon or Safeway deli. If it wasn’t all-you-can-eat, it’d not be worth a visit; but for those who can plow through several piled-high plates of food, it’s about as cheap eats as you can find.

They got snow & blue crabs! If you are there for the food then i would say its a GREAT selection to match the price. You basically pay for what you get so people who are unhappy w/the food or selection than you should go somewhere that cost a lot more. I am very happy w/their selections and the quality of food there. They always have snow crabs and tons of different styles of shrimp to pick from and the service is great. The owner is always around to greet you and its never more than a 10 mins wait, even when the place is extremely packed. I would definitely avoid their bathroom, but what is to be expected from an establishment that’s been there for years! I’m there for the food and as long as the place is sanitary and the food keeps coming i’m ALLGOOD.

My husband and I went here the first time because we had a really great coupon. It’s great! The prices are excellent for a buffet(especially with the 25% off coupons they always put out in valpak) and the food is really good Chinese food. They have a huge selection of food and desserts. We have been back many many times and will continue to eat here!

Since my wife works graveyard, it is rare that we get to meet up for my lunch. Today we did and since we couldn’t decide what she wanted(Chicken-Uhhhh, Veggies-kinda’, Seafood-Uhhhh, Thai-maybe) so when she mentioned a Pizza Buffet I thought of AAA China Buffet. After checking Unilocal!we decided to try it & we both liked it. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is delectable(and rich), and the Crab Rangoon, Sauteed Green Beans, Chicken & Mushrooms, Veggie Rolls were among both our favorites. We arrived about 1p and the line was backed up to the door($ 8 each plus a 15% discount) and you get to draw for a variety of prizes, including a 32″ Flat-screen TV. They have seating in the front and more behind the serving areas. The drinks and sushi stations are along the right wall and plates are everywhere. The seating is similar to most buffets, and the food was very warm and delicious. There is a huge variety and of the 80 or so dishes I only saw 4 that were missing signs or mislabeled. The staff was constantly refreshing the serving tables, and the sushi guy was rolling his little heart out… And an empty plate on out table was whisked away in under 3 minutes! Great service! I didn’t have desert(to full) but they had a bunch! We’ll definitely go back for more; Especially since we heard people speaking Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog(Philippines), Spanish and Russian. When it’s popular with the cops or immigrants, it’s got to be good.

My in laws, two teen stepsons, my fiancé and I have been return diners to AAA. We actually ate here for Christmas Eve. Everytime that I we have been here, we were mostly satisfied. The menu is the usual Chinese buffet staple … fried rice, lo mein, seafood delight, etc. I think what made this restaurant our preferred Chinese buffet is that their food tastes quite decent and doesn’t taste so mass produced. Knowing that it is one of the major Chinese buffets in Everett, we would avoid going during dinner rush hour. Seating is ample for the 6 of us, especially if you go towards the back dining room area. When a certain dish is weening towards the bottom, it is quickly replenished. Their sushi may not be the greatest but according to my fiancé, it’s okay. A big part of eating out is the restroom and AAA’s restrooms are pretty clean. Parking is not a hassle. The staff are usually friendly. And drinks come with the buffet price which is I believe is less than $ 12 for dinner and about $ 8 for lunch(sorry i’m unsure of this because my in laws or fiancé pay…). They also often have 15% or 20% coupons that come in Valpak mailers, so it’s a good idea to bring those with you and they always honor that. It helps when you have a big group :)

I had heard from co-workers that this place was good. I struggled to find someone to try it with me… but alas we went the other day. It was WAY better the I expected. 8 $ for lunch. Tons of choices– some looked better then others. Some very adventourous menu choices. Nearly everything I tried was good. My lunch-mates about the same. It’s a good mix of quality and quantity. Not a once a week lunch choice but once in a while… go and try!

I seriously don’t know where all the positive reviews came from… I speculate its either the workers or owners of AAA Buffet. I went here this past weekend(not a huge fan of buffets but decided to give it a try). In any case, the place was huge and the service was good but the food was horrible. I’ll try to put this lightly… this place was comprable to an «old country buffet», which is hands down the worst buffet you could ever set foot in. The food at AAA Buffet was cold, sat in the heating pans all day and oh gawd… they even had sushi which sat on ice and accumulated microbes. They did have a large variety, from chicken nuggets, corn, mongolian beef to crabs, crawfish but it was totally not worth the extra calories. I’d have to say this spot was a big waste of calories!
