Clean facility, easy to use card payment instead of using quarters. Prices are very reasonable in comparison to other locations. I was most pleased with the attentive staff, both ladies were happy to help me my first time there. I received great customer service from Laurie, one of the attendants here.

Used to be great but machines are often broken and service has gone down over last 2 months right after a staff change.

Best laundromat in Eureka, possibly in Humboldt. Always clean, their open late, staff are friendly & helpful, there’s lots of washers & dryers to choose from. I’ve been doing my laundry here on & off for 20 yrs & I can’t think of one bad experience I’ve had here. Highly recommended!

The ladies at this facility are amazing! This place is super clean, always serves fresh hot coffee and the service is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and are always fun and happy to do business with you.

Clean laundromat and very friendly staff. I did three loads wash/​dry for $ 10 and they had some killer ‘80s music playing along with free Wi Fi.

Came here in a pinch. On a road trip with my husband for 2 weeks and finally needed a place to laundry as the hotel we were at did not offer self laundry. My husband did the laundry while I was out on an errand. We came really early and the person on staff was great. She was knowledgeable about the load capacity of the different washers and showed us that you had to load a pay card to use their facilities. They also had wifi. What more can you ask for.

All the employees are very helpful and the place is imaculate. I have seen people give the girls that work there problems, but they can handle their own. Free coffee and WiFi and the music is wonderful with a little Latin Jazz to Country. The prices of the machines are very manageable and they are located next to a shoppng center. This is the best place in Eureka. Thanks

I support a woman who is developmentally disabled in Eureka. Every week she comes here to do laundry and every week we have trouble using the card they make you use for the machines. Most weeks the machines aren’t working properly and I see the same older lady with long grey hair who works here refunding customers for the machine mix ups. This week I used the machines for my sleeping bag and as a first time customer myself I put $ 10 into the machine, got the card and used it in the washing machine. The machine took $ 6.50 off of my card to do the load but wouldn’t start. When I asked the employee for help she accused me of using a different card :(
I explained that I come here every week with my client to do laundry and that this is the first time I’ve done my personal laundry. She saw me put the money into the machine as I’d asked for her help because the machine wasn’t liking my bill.
I was told to sign a form stating that I owed them $ 6.50 for the machine (which I’d already paid) and she’d already reimbursed me the difference. I refused to sign the form and said that I was happy to talk to the manager or owner. I even asked for their number so I could contact them but she refused stating that they didn’t give out that information.
I’m now at the laundromat with a wet sleeping bag in the back of my car waiting for my clients load of laundry to dry so we can get out of here. The employee asked me not to come back and I explained that my client does laundry here every week (as the employee knows) and that meant that they would unfortunately be losing her business if I wasn’t able to accompany her to do her laundry.
I highly recommend NOT supporting this place.
