Did the drop off service and was very happy with the results. Laundry was so fresh and clean will definitely come back here to get all my laundry needs

Huge wet area on the ground in front of the large washers. When we arrived the doors were closed and it stank of moisture and mildew. There is no sign for wet floor. No attendant in sight. He left for lunch. When he did, I opened both the front and back door and the place already smells better with fresh air and maybe the shit carpet will dry out.
Maybe the owners and workers should care more about their facilities… and the bathroom stillssays out of order. Go figure. I spend $ 20 and can’t use the restroom even though we all know the workers use it and don’t want to have to clean up after people. It means they would be working.

Love that they have WIFI for when I’m working on the road. Side load of laundry done and on my way

Used the laundry service while we were working in the area. Price is great and they get it done for you in the same day.
Really impressed, everything is folded neatly for you. My husband is always leaving stuff in his pockets. I thought I had I gotten everything out. When I was putting away the clothes right on top was $ 11 sticking out of a pocket so we would see it. Nice to know there are honest people still out there!
They have coin machines too. Looked like almost all of them were new.

Overall its a better Laundromat. I tried their laundry service for the first time last month. Natalie did an outstanding job. It was like my Mother did my laundry for me. The service costs a little more but well worth it.
Self serve is not bad at all. Its better than other Laundromats in Eureka. I rarely have problems with the machines. If I do an employee quickly helps out. This Laundromat gets occasional weirdos and rude people in it. Price wise self serve is market price. If you do meet Betty she is an older lady who provides excellent service. She’s a pleasure to work with and talk too. I also want to give credit to Natalie for doing an excellent job with my laundry.
If you have to use a Laundromat in Eureka, use this one. You won’t be disappointed.

To Miguel R., last reviewer: Yes, Miguel, there is an obnoxious, offensive woman who works there… however, there is also a delightful one who has been there for years and works different shifts than those of the intrusive, judgmental one. The nice one is named «Betty», I think. You could actually call and find out when she is on, if you wanted.
They have those huge stainless steel washing machines which can do three or four times a normal load… great for bedspreads, sleeping bags, etc. They tend to keep their machines in good working order, but the repair man has to drive up from Santa Rosa, so occasionally a few are down. It is the best laundromat in the area, as far as I have ascertained.
The laundromat is about 2 blocks away from the best thrift store in Eureka, the Cancer Society Discovery Shop. It is a national non-​profit chain and they bring in great clothes from all over. They have the highest prices of any thrift store around, but they are worth it. They also have a HUGE section of books, many of which are hardback. Great as a resource of entertainment while washing one’s big items.
