The place was 30% full– it took us 90 minutes to get our food and eat. We only ordered a individual pizza and a salad. We had chicken wings as an appetizer. Chicken wings covered in BBQ sauce, no plates to eat them on. Had to ask towelettes and they were just thrown on the table. Took 45 minutes to get the chicken wings. Took over an hour to get pizza and salad! Finally the manager got involved — matter a fact, the manager brought us water a few time because the waitress was MIA. When the waitress did finally come to the table, she had an attitude! This trip to UNOS was by far one of the bottom 3 service experiences in recent memory. The manager did comp the chicken wings, and we appreciate this — but that was a poor experience. It will be a long time before we ever go back!

Just signed up, so we could write a review. We eat most meals out, and have developed thick skin over the years. Ordered Chicago Classic pizza. It was horrible. Asked for water refill and clean plate. Neither came. After waiting 18 minutes for a server, we asked for check. Ate 2 bites of entire pizza. We will NEVER go back. Left entire pizza on table. Garbage food and service.

Apparently we forgot why we don’t go to Unos. We were basically desperate to have a quick bite to eat and this place was convenient. The last time we were here it was mostly a disaster… forgotten food, wrong pizza brought out, drink was tasteless, and I got gluten’d even though I ordered off the gluten free menu. This time I remembered enough to not bother with the tasteless lemonade. And I decided to try a burger. I had the menu open in front of me, I pointed to the gluten free menu and said i would be ordering off there. I asked for a caesar salad and a gauc burger. The burger normally comes with cheese, but I asked for it without the cheese. The waitress wanted to know if fries was okay, but I reminded her that I was gluten free, so she rushed to say fries are fried in a shared fryer, so not«technically» gluten free. I knew as much, so I ordered the mashed potatoes. The salad came out and it was mediocre. Husband ordered a flat bread pizza, which came out the same time as my burger. I went to look at the burger to put mustard on it and the top of the gluten free bun was«glued» to the burger with cheese. So while Husband’s piping hot pizza cooled, I summoned the waitress to tell her there was cheese on my burger, which I specifically asked to not have. The waitress apologized, said she put the order in wrong, and offered to leave my mashed potatoes on the table while they remade the burger. I kept the mashed potatos – which were hot, but had a «skin» over top of them that showed they’d been sitting out under the warming lamp for a while. They were over-peppered and under-salted. So while Husband was eating his hot flatbread pizza, I waited for my new burger. The waitress apologized again, then a short time later brought out my «new» burger. Again, I went to put mustard on the bun, but this time when I pulled the top bun off the burger, I saw that the kitchen staff had basically torn off the melted cheese, leaving me with a shell of the top bun… and then I noticed that the top of the burger had guac residue on it. I picked up the burger and realized that the kitchen staff had not only torn the melted cheese off the bun, but they’d flipped the burger over to hide the fact that they’d scraped the cheese off the burger, too. I was, to say it mildly, appalled that they tried to get away with that mess. I called the waitress again and asked for the manager. When I explained, and showed him the scooped out bun, he started to stomp off to the kitchen. I let him know right away I didn’t want a new burger again… Husband was almost finished with his food by now and I didn’t trust anything coming out of the kitchen at that point. The manager came back out and said he scolded the kitchen staff because things like that shouldn’t happen. However, it all DID happen. And that’s NOWAY to treat a customer. The manager took the burger off the bill, offered multiple times to bring me something else to eat – which I continued to decline – and gave us a «gift card» to come back(which was in an amount less than we would have paid for the burger, by the way). How many times do we have to go to the same restaurant and get the same disinterest in getting our meals right? Twice, apparently, because this was the end for Unos. What a waste of prime restaurant space.

I’ve long been a fan of Jon’s. Their Numero Uno is my favorite chain restaurant pizza. The Cobb salad is excellent too if you want a fresher meal. It is not lighter though, that thing is huge! I rate this location 4 stars based on service. Nothing wrong with the food, it has always been hot and served quickly. But here the management has been very good at watching over things and checking that everything is alright. One busy night they even comped us because service wasn’t up to their standards. It was busy and they were in the middle of a shift change, but we hadn’t even complained. Definitely give this location a try!

I ordered the chicken parm. It came out a bit cold. All I need to say is that the host told the manager on duty that a customer complained about a table being dirty. A table shouldn’t be dirty no matter what at a restaurant. The managers response to the complaint was«I don’t give a shit». I hope that sums up this place.

I love pizza & uno’s is pretty good if you like deep dish. The pizza skins are my weakness. They have a new device that lets you order apps, desserts and drinks before your waitress comes over.

Came here as a second choice for dinner. Especially since I don’t really care for pizza. I decided on seafood dinner and my wife decided on the chicken dinner. There food was ok but I’ve had better. Thinking about it our waitress could not be found on several occasions. The first one was when I was looking for the waitress because I needed some water to drink. I had to start sucking on some ice cubes before see came back to our table and asked if we needed anything.(Fifteen minutes later.) After all of that we were ready to pay our bill and leave. So the disappearing waitress had us sitting patiently to pay our bill. The only thing I can say is their food is good but their staff needs to be retrained. I don’t know why but I’m being nice by giving this establishment a three when they deserve a two.

We seldom eat in chain restaurants unless someone else chooses it, as they did in this case for lunch. I give it 4 stars as being superior to most chain restaurants. The service was exemplary. My wife and eat each had a combo of salad(a very superior and delicious salad) and a flatbread pizza, which was also quite superior. This is one of the only chain restaurants we will return to on our own. The raspberry tea was outstanding. Our bill, including tax, was $ 31.25.

Like most Uno locations it’s hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot and other times lukewarm. We’ve tried several things and they are all like this. It’s a shame since the pizza tastes good.

This restaurant is a frequent for me. I have had several birthday dinners there. I am never disappointed. Join the club membership and get private invites to events and discount coupons. I go to all of the locations but this my favorite. I have loved this restaurant chain for 20 years and even go when I travel ;)

I ate here this evening with my friend and had the shrimp & crab dipped appetizer which was okay but not so good & piping hot as if it came out the microwave. I also had the deep dish pizza that was pretty good but not as hot as I wanted. I had great service from the server Paul. 50% chance if I would return again

They used to have a great carryout deal for pizzas. They stopped that deal and now their pizzas are a total rip off. $ 20 for a small pizza is terrible. The $ 5 deal they have now is terrible.

Came here for date night randomly and sat in the bar. We waited for a little to be greeted, we ordered and got out food nice and hot. Food was very good but service wasn’t that great. We never got refills or asked how everything was. I do enjoy Uno’s especially on Tuesday’s when kids eat free :) I do prefer to come to this one, less crowded than the mall.

We’ve been to this location 3 or 4 times, and have had very mixed results. The first couple of times were very good. I tried a burger w/GF bun the first time: very good. One of their GF pepperoni pizzas the second time: very good. On our third visit, I trie a burger again: fail. To be fair, they were super busy that night, since it was halloween and they were having a huge special on pizzas, which backed up the kitchen. But this burger was so rare, I would describe it as tartare. We had to wait so long to get our food that I didn’t bother sending it back. Drinks have always been good here, nice and strong, and the service has been great. I’ll just have to remember not get meat products when their kitchen is backed up!

So after driving around with my friend to three different chain restaurants, we ended up deciding on Uno’s because we had never been there before and were looking to try something new. As we walked in, we were immediately seated, which was nice because it was around dinner time. We asked the friendly server, Katie, her recommendations on what we should order, and we ended up going with the 2 plates for $ 12 dollars deal. It was perfect, because we could both split the price and it would only end up being around $ 6 – 7 for each of us, which is cheaper than Chipotle, by the way. We ordered a Chicken Milano pasta, and Sirloin tips covered in coffee grounds. Sounds weird right? It was delicious. Who would have though coffee covered steak would be enjoyable. Anyway, as we were waiting for our food to arrive, which by the way only took about 10 minutes, the waitress overheard us talking about how we had never been to their restaurant before. She walked over and handed us both little goodie bags, which had $ 15 off next purchase coupons in them. WHAAAAT? What restaurant hands out giftcards like that? I was already starting to like them. And theeeen, a few minutes later, another employee walks over to us and says«Excuse me girls, I heard this is your first time here. Here’s some complimentary cookies.» And. They. Were. Good. Basically, both my friend and I are a sucker for free stuff, fast service, and friendly people so it was a great experience. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I can’t say it’s as good as it gets based off of one experience, but first impressions are always important, so based off of that — it was great. Go check it out for yourself!

Uno’s has great pizzas and drinks. The caesar salad is pretty good too. I stay away from the rest of the menu ;) The staff at this place can be a little lack luster but it’s a great place to go with groups.

Uno is not only the home of deep dish pizza but they serve variety of food — seafood, pasta, etc… It is much more like Bertuccis but more of a bistro feel than romantic italian setting that Olive Garden aims for.

I am not a fan of chain restaurants BUT ever since Uno’s went through their redesign I can honestly say that I will be returning — their happy hour specials is just too good to walk away from — I mean ½ off appetizers and beer specials — HELLO! Happy Hour specials run from 4−7pm and 10-close on Sundays to Fridays — don’t miss out!

Numero Lasto! Pan pizza is a difficult dish to prepare. If attempted, at least don’t charge a lot when you know it most likely won’t turn out at all the way it should. We gave up on this place when time again, their pan pizza was thinner than the regular pizza. The cherry on top is their brown lettuce salads, with chunks of rubber chicken.
