Specifically, the CVS Pharmacy, which has taken over for Target Pharmacy, is the very worst. I called on Monday for a refill due Tuesday, and they said it would be ready Tuesday morning. I arrive Tuesday morning and was told the medication would not be in until the following day after 4. I arrived after 4, and no medication. They said they have an «automated» ordering system and have no control over when things come in anymore, and that it would be in Thursday. I asked, if you have no way to know when something will come in, how can you assert it will be in tomorrow. Shrugged shoulders. I called about noon Thursday and was told the medication had come in, and it would be ready after 1pm. So my third 20 minute trip in 3 days, I wait in line for 25 minutes and am told they are out of the medication. I said I was just told it was in, and would be ready at 1. He said, it will be ready at 5pm. I insisted and was told it would be filled in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, it was finally ready. In that time I waited, they turned away about 60% of their customers, and one they gave a partial fill, and when she brought it back, they filled the rest of the order because they did have it all in stock. I have taken my business elsewhere, and for all items in the store, not just the pharmacy. I have two medications I can’t just stop taking, and I need to have a reliable pharmacist.

Bottom Line: A clean, bright and organized store but the parking lot can be hectic. Like most Targets, it is clean and bright and the layout seems to follow the general Target format. Additionally, they have a Starbucks, snack bar, pharmacy and grocery section. The grocery section seems more robust than other stores I’ve visited so that is a plus for those who are trying to accomplish one-stop shopping. I also really like how Target has recently revised their home section to add a centric model room with furniture and accessories. I forget what they call this concept but it always looks hip and inspiring. The only downside to this Target is that the parking lot can get a little crazy. Between lots of big box stores, restaurants and fast food chains, this strip mall can be a little frantic at times. Mounds of snow and reduced visibility further add to the chaos in the winter.

This Target is in a very convenient shopping center that could also get very crowded especially since the Holidays are approaching. It also has a starbucks inside which I love and a snack bar. Very clean bathrooms and store in general. The only real problem I have with this Target and others is that the prices are outrageously high. I seldom shop here because of it, and they don’t double coupons. I do love the fact that they have an app called the Cartwheel which you can download to your phone and actually scan products to see if you can get extra percents off. Sonce its close to the holiday the I normally dont have to wait in long lines anymore, all cash registers are full with cashiers. And another perk is that they just added self checkout cash registers. That was the best thing this Target could’ve added. I just wish prices were lower, if they can fix that I’d probably become a regular.

Came to pick up Tazo cinnamon spice tea because Target seems to be the only store in the area that carries this particular flavor. I had been going to all the fancy smancy stores thinking they may have it, but l was out of luck, soTarget gets my unending endorsement for having this particular flavor in stock always!
This store located in Ellicott City has always been one of my favorites to visit, especially early morning before the store gets crowded and the lines long. This store is well organized and their stock is always on point. They now have dairy, frozen, fresh produce and ready to eat food sections. Target has made its name known in the one stop shop category, which is a good thing. Parking at rhis location is a breeze and of course, there is a Starbucks on site to get that coffee buzz, if that’s what you like. The staff is always pleasant and eager to assist if you require it. I also like to visit this location on Black Friday because it is always well organized and wont have you running around looking for the advertised products. When l have to make a mad dash because I am running low on my Tazo Sweet Cinnamon Spice tea, Target here l come!

A one hour wait for a one minute flu shot; it wasn’t that crowded. None of their pagers were working, so I couldn’t shop while I waited.

I was picking up a prescription today. It was called in but there was a problem with the message. No worries. I was told to come back in 30 mins since they knew I was waiting. I came back 45 mins later and they said it was not filled. There were 4 others in front of me who were waiting much longer. They said that there was a new system… blah blah blah. Everyone in front of me was upset. I asked my husband to come back later, ie 7 hours later and it was still not ready! After he waited in line for 1 hour. Not sure how this situation could have been improved upon. Not my best experience here at all.

I practically live here… seriously! I’m probably there once a week. Before I had a baby I had the luxury of time & would make trips to Wegmans, Walmart, Target, Trader Joes, BJs… getting a little bit of this and that! No time now, but I can get SO much at Target. Groceries, pick up prescriptions, cute clothes, gifts, baby stuff, household stuff, you name it. One stop shopping = time saver. My new obsession is the Cartwheel app. And did you know they have coupons on their web site you can print too? And mobile coupons? I had no idea, but am saving a ton these days. They always have deals if you shop the sales. The Cartwheel app is so easy to use & they have free wifi in the stores now. I have the RedCard debit now so I save 5% every trip plus free shipping on . I used to shop walmart because it was cheaper, but if you do it the smart way Target is cheaper(yet more tempting to buy all.the.stuff!). This store also has a Starbucks, yay! And I’ve dealt with customer service many times for returns or a coupon or rain check issue and they always take care of it quickly. Best customer service I’ve experienced in retail. Love this place.

I usually go to the Columbia location because I work nearby but I wish this was closer to my work because it would be my default Target. They have a much better grocery section — with meats and veggies Columbia refuses to stock. They also do less business volume wise so they typically will have items in stock that Columbia has long sold out of. The staff is very helpful and not the teenage set Columbia seems to hire. They are much more professional and I enjoy that when shopping. I also love the plaza they are in — with a Staples, Michaels, grocery store, Kohls and more I never leave that plaza needing anything.

A decent Target but they never have charged mobility carts when I travel with a relative who needs them. Worse availability than any other local Target. Assign someone to make sure they’re plugged in and charging for goodness sake, or order some new batteries. Even better if there were some benches sprinkled around, we could do without. That’ll never happen.

I decided to visit this location rather than my usual Columbia location. I am glad I did. Yes, it was busy and parking was full but hey it was prime time on a weekend! the store has more of a selection to chose from. I was quite pleased with the difference in this location just seemed like I had more options to chose from. I also like that it is next to Kohls so I can hit the clearance rack when I’m done! Customer service was fine. I will start shopping at this location.

This place is great. They people are nice and friendly. Mostly when I go to store buy what I want it always out or always buy the last items and end up return because it does not work or damage. I just brought a last wii game on the shelf, when I got home it works for like 5 minutes and freeze. I have to go all the up there again and exchange. The associate call others store and still don’t have my game, but the assciate so nice to me that, she let me pick another wii game.

This Target has always been good to me, but I am loving it even more now that they’ve expanded to add grocery’s. Their groceries are fresh and the prices great. I actually prefer getting my groceries at Target over anywhere else because I always seem to get more food for less money. Every time I go in there are always enough registers opened to be able to get out quickly when done shopping. If I need help finding someone, the closest employee is always happy to help me find it. All in all, I’m a fan of this Target and Target in general.

I have enjoyed shopping at this Target for a few years… BIGBUT, if you intend on purchasing something from electronics… good luck. It’s always to many customers and not enough employees.

This review is based solely on customer service. I came to this target to kill a little bit of time when picking up my siblings from school. I spent a half hour in the store, which was going through a period of reduced energy consumption for environmental purposes(aka were wanna save on our light bill and not sound cheap for a major corporate chain.) Anyway, I left the store to find that some very very inconsiderate and obviously reckless person hit my car and didn’t bother leaving a note or waiting around to own up. After a good 5 minute cursing fit, and mild investigation of the cars nearby, I picked up my sister and returned to the store to find out about security video per my insurance company’s request. The teenagers at customer service took 5 minutes debating which higher up to call and once they did it took another 15 for them to arrive. Even after that the totally un-empathetic security-dude took his sweet time looking for footage… which by the way he didnt even ask for the time of the incident or the cars involved physical characteristics. not even my car! He then proceeded to tell em he couldn’t help. Eh, maybe my unfortunate situation has swayed this review just a smidge. But I sincerely think all the parties involved at the store could have been a little more efficient and proactive considering there wasn’t much going on at the location and they wasted 45mins of my time…
