This Mountain Mikes location has horribly rude customer service. Especially by phone, the worst phone skills. Ive called to place orders for delivery twice now and both times I end up speaking to a pushy, impatient and condcending employee by phone. First time a woman, then weeks later a man the second time. I have not visited location in person however, orders by phone suck!!! Pizza is just ok, not great by any means. I will take my future business to Lampost Pizza, instead. Located just down the street, way better service.

I live exactly 3.8 miles from this location, a 10 minute drive but delivery takes 1 hour and 15 mins and the pizza arrives cold. Sure I could drive to pick it up but I don’t want to. Be aware.

I was a pizza hut fan until they opened one by my home n I had the worst experience ever there. Little to say this place was my fallback plan ordered 2 large pizzas for my sons video game night order was on time n hot loaded with meat n OMG it was so good even my picky son loved it this is now our pizza place units they die r I find someplace better

Customer service is horrible and manager Justin doesn’t know about customer service. Don’t use the online service to order they can’t give you refunds. I will never order pizza from this place again!!!

this was the worst pizza i’ve had in ages. how is it possible that almost HALF of my pizza didn’t have any cheese on it??? isn’t that THEEEEE point of pizza… ooey gooey cheesy goodness? i guess if i was lactose intolerant and actually requested no cheese on half my pizza this wouldn’t be a problem. must i ask and pay for extra cheese to receive enough cheese? ridiculous. this franchise owner needs to be reported to mountain mike’s corporate office for giving the company a bad name and selling inferior product. this place makes little caesar’s, costco, winco, hot pockets & digiorno frozen pizzas seem awesome.

A few minutes after placing a delivery order online, I received a call explaining a drink I had ordered is out. No problem, chose a substitute. They get to my house in under an hour. The manager got the drink we originally ordered. They forgot two other drinks. (Yes, we were mighty thirsty.) Driver is back in 15 minutes. Good pizza. Good service. Thank you.

Do me– and YOURSELF– the world’s biggest favor and order a Snowy Alps without sausage (unless you like sausage… in which case… just order the OG… and quit being difficult.) =]
This particular Mountain Mike’s is the one closest to my house, and therefor (based upon delivery proximity) it is also the one I routinely order from.
The pizza is never delivered later than an hour, is always steaming hot when it arrives, always has crisp vegetables and cheese baked to perfection. Seriously, for a chain pizza restaurant, this place has got it down.
Check it out. And try the Snowy Alps. Seriously, man. TRY IT!

This place is nasty as far as round table pizzas go. Usually I’m a big fan of round table but not this one. Don’t bother ordering delivery unless you want some old ass pizza or breadsticks that have been sitting around all night, or to having part of your order forgotten.

Love this pizza! This place has excellent customer service and the service is fast. I ordered a mountain size all pepperoni pizza for pick up via phone and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. I arrive 20 mins later and as soon as I walk in, my pizzas coming out of the oven hot and fresh.
I had brought in a $ 10 coupon from their online website. The employee was nice enough to suggest how to place an order online with the coupon and pay instead of calling.
The pizza is always delicious. This place is always clean. It’s easy to find and there’s plenty of parking.

I can see why only 2 stars. Tables and floors were filthy, had to ask for table to be cleaned just to sit down. Not busy, only 3 other tables of people in restaraunt. Food bland n not good. Worst mountain mikes I’ve ever been to

I always order for pick up here. The staff is nice and they are consistent. If you forget your coupon they are pretty good about granting you the discount. I enjoy the pepperoni pizza and chicken club is my favorite. Good deals and good pizza.

We’ve never dined in this Mountain Mike’s Pizza, just placed pick up orders. So far we haven’t had any problems. Their pizzas are good and they knocked off $ 2 during the mid week when we last picked up even though we didn’t have a coupon. I like the fact that they don’t skimp on the toppings. Their salad selection is really small though and not worth it.

The worst mountain mikes in town!
I am a mountain mikes fan and this location is by far the worst I’ve had bar none.
Cheese were almost non existent, skimped on pepperonis, and the crust/​dough was stale. This location skimped every way possible for profit.
They promised 15 – 20 minute picked up. I arrive in 20 and waited 15 additional minutes.
Needless to say, this is my first and last visit here. If I want mountain mikes legendary pepperoni pizza, I’m going to the Rancho Cordova location. Easily the best!!!

Just amazes me that this mountain mikes doesn’t live up to its name. My husband and I just moved right around the corner from this location and the first time we walked in to order a pizza, we waited for 2 minutes with not one worker or customer in site. We walked out.
Second time we ordered for pick up. They had no plates, no Parmesan cheese, and no red peppers. Really? Seriously?
Usually we get home and eyes light up when we open the pizza box… Not so much. Pizza has less pepperonis and seems like they ran out of cheese for pizza too. Hence my pictures I’ve posted. No cheese from tip to crust on a bunch of slices.
I guess we’ll make the drive further for great pizza, service and has their cheese in stock. What a rip off.

(visit 7⁄2013) We use to have a Mountain Mike’s pizza place in our neighborhood but it closed so we are happy to see that another one has opened up. Not close to home but we’re in Elk Grove a lot so location is no biggie. However, this parking lot can get crowded any time of the day.
Pizza has always been good. The staff was young but accommodating to our needs. It was embarking on fourth of July evening and we were the only ones sitting and having pizza. The only downfall of the night was how warm it was in the restaurant. The sun was going down and I guess the heat of the sun just penetrated the inside of the restaurant. The staff said it doesn’t help having the hot ovens. There’s not much to do when your directly facing sundown. We sat in the corner away from the sun and enjoyed our pizza. No complaints and we will be back.

Called in our order. Asked for the specials. I asked for the «2 large 2 toppings». One of the pizzas I requested pineapple only with jalapeño on the side. The woman who I was talking to wasnt sure if it was «allowed» she then «put me on hold» by covering the mouthpiece of the phone… So I heard her talking for awhile. In another language?
Long story short she uncovered her end of the phone and told me she «thinks» she’s allowed to do it. I’m sorry, but I worked in a pizza place for the first two years of my working career. I’m still in the restraunt business & I know how to make guests happy. I feel as though its common sense to allow the 2nd topping be on the side? Anyhow she allowed it after some time of me waiting, which I felt was unnecessary. Not a pleased customer.
