Pizza Hut

Please don’t go here. It is worth it to drive an extra few minutes and give your business to a place that actually gives a damn, because this location doesnt.
First of all, I never post anything on Unilocal but the customer service here was so disrespectful I’m still in shock. They don’t clarify orders on the phone, are in a big hurry and when you get there and they charge you way more than the special– they say cancel your order and wait another hour for the one you want. Omg!!!
Then they don’t honor the pizza hut deals (ie $ 5 deals)
Because they are a franchise and don’t follow those deals??? What? The sign on the door says pizza hut right?
The manager was there when I asked about my order and price and she couldn’t be bothered to walk 3 feet over to talk to me.
Please please please stay away from this place!

Last night around 9pm I did a online order for a pizza box. I picked two medium pizza with breadsticks and bone in chicken wings. After I finished ordering online, two minute later I received a phone call from CARMEN from Pizza hut saying they’re out of chicken wing due to fryer not working. and that’s fine i get it. so she gave me a option to change to pasta which i did. i changed to chicken alfredo pasta and that was that. two minute later Carmen called back and said she is out of chicken alfredo sauce and if it is ok to change to marinara pasta. at this point i said to her «wow you guys are out of everything» she reply with an attitude we have chicken but our fryer doesn’t work. ok lady we know its 9pm and you guys are probably closing up. We decided to cancel our order with her nasty attitude.

Why my fiancé waited 10 minutes before getting acknowledged? I do not know. The pizza was cold. I have better pizza at different location. You guys need to pick up your customer services skills.

Horrible service. I call to check up on my order Kristina tells me it’s on the way. Waited an hour and a half, no pizza. Called them back, Kirsten asks me if I have the right location. I asked her to type in my number, she types in my number and my order appears. She tells me it’s cancelled because lack of confirmation. I’m wondering why Kristina didn’t tell me the first time? 3÷25÷2016 ordered around 1 pm

SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We ordered a pizza to be delivered to the house and not only ways it 45 mins LATE, it was as if the delivery driver threw the pizza in the air and caught it upside down. Terrible service for terrible food, dont waste your time or money.

Take out or delivery only.
This Pizza Hut has to be the worst one I have ever experienced. They are always out of various products. Usually the wait times are atrocious.
Tonight we ordered the Garlic Knot pizza. Don’t! The dough between the knots and the crust is not completely cooked.

Pizza was good, great location, convenient, but they did not participate in the special online, kind of misleading

We had high hopes for Pizza Hut since they’re open late and close to us. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and breadsticks and unfortunately it was awful!
It’s pretty hard to screw up a pepperoni pizza but Pizza Hut absolutely ruined it. The pizza was inedible and not even completely cooked. We also ordered breadsticks and they were dry and stale! It was also overpriced at almost $ 19 for take out.
We will never go back.

This Pizza Hut has terrible customer service. They deserve a Zero!!! They forgot our cheesy bread and the driver said he’d be back and he never came back. I had to call about it and the Manager on duty, Shantelle, was horrible and has no customer service skills. When I asked for her Managers information she said she didn’t have to give me their information… What kind of business is this? She was also unprofessional and called me back after I hung up to harrass me. Very Rude!

Not impressed. I have always been a fan of Pizza Hut back in my LA life days but this one seems to have gone in the way of «Cain.» My wife and I ordered in while on a staycation and we ordered a decent size spread with pasta, bread, pizza, wings and a drink. The wings tasted stale as if they have been under a heater most of the day. I often order my pizza with extra cheese and of course it was missing the extra cheese. I was credited for 20 bucks for my order although my order was close to 36 bucks. I redeemed my $ 20 2 months later and yet again was disappointed. Not sure what to suggest besides «only come here if all other pizza places are closed.» Little Ceasers across the street is a better fit.

I love PIZZA HUT PASTA and their cheese breadsticks the pasta use to be $ 5 now its $ 11 its too pricey now but the pasta and breadsticks can feed like 4 people. As for their pizza i feel like they taste the same anywhere lol

Their customer service sucks. They are rude and don’t care about keeping customers. I did an online order. Got a confirmation with time. Ordered at 8:05 said i would get it delivered by 8:35. It was 9pm when i called. Said they didn’t get my order. Confirmed locaton. She offered to take my order. Explained I ordered 2 for 6.99 she said she couldn’t do it because it was a online deal only and would need to reorder on line. She said she asked her manager that also said she couldn’t make an aception. I told her i would just order from domino’s. she said ok and hung up. Domino’s has a better deal 5.99 for at least 2 items ech and 5.99 for each additional items. They do care about their customers and i have never had issues with them. Just saying. Pizza hut just lost at least 1 customer. Not like they care.

I know why the rating are low now!!! Not too many options for delivery to my house. Pizza Hut was the cheapest option. You definitely get what you pay for. The service is also cheap. Did an online order, waited over an hour for the pizza, only to find out they canceled my order. Manager says because I’m a new customer, they needed a confirmation. I didn’t answer my phone so my order was canceled.
Here’s what I don’t understand. CONFIRM WHAT??? It was a pepperoni pizza. Not complicated. You received an order with a credit card that was authorized for use and a valid address. Make the pizza and deliver it!!! The whole point of online ordering is to be fast, easy, and not have to talk to a person. So, NO I wasn’t waiting by my phone to talk to anyone about my pizza that I just received an email giving me a time when it will arrive.
DUMB.

Just pulled up the review on this location and now I realized why my order taking more than One and a Half hour… I called the store and they gave me attitude. I end up cancelling the order and order from Dominos… This location has bad customer service. I wish the owner of this store actually reading all these negative comments… So bad… Very bad… Not even worst 1 star

Zero star! I called to order cheesy bites pizza but girl said they stopped selling it Sept 1^st. Tell me why do I still see commercials of it both online and on tv? So I got off the phone and just ordered online. When I arrives to pick up the pizza they were very rude! Rude rude rude! Don’t go here! Ever! I don’t understand why they would expect a tip when it’s a carry out! It’s your job. You applied and decided to work there… so work! Get a better paying job, if you’re so unhappy and don’t complain about tips!

Horrible service, the delivery guy stole a slice out of my box, then finally after my 40 min wait, I try to enjoy my food. which was cold and extra oily for some reason.

I ordered here before and never had a problem but today was my WORST pizza hut experience ever. Im so pissed, i will never go to this pizza hut ever again.
I ordered online, and when the time came for my order to arrive i went outside to wait for it because i know i dont have a doorbell, but they do have my number to call me. So i waited outside for 20 minutes, still nothing.
When i called this guy with a really heavy accent answered the phone, i told him the pizza was late he asked for my number, it took him a while to understand my phone number and after that he told me multiple different answers.
first, he said first costumers are supposed to get a phone call to confirm the order, im not a first customer. ive ordered here multiple times before.
Then he said the driver called me ONCE and left a VOICEMAIL.
when i told him i never got a call and i dont have a voicemail
he said the driver called 3 times and left a voicemail.
i repeated myself and said i never got a call nor do i have any voicemails.
he said the driver called 3 times and he called 1 time and they both left voicemails.
He cant stick to his lame excuse for why my pizza is 20 minutes late.
Now im hungry, upset, and going elsewhere for pizza.

I really don’t get why the pizza hut locations in EG are so horrible. It’s one thing or another. Here, the service was mediocre. I believe need to give them the benefit of the doubt though. Maybe they’re still ironing out the wrinkles?
Anyhoo, we had a disastrous experience with delivery at the other location. This time around, we weren’t taking any chances. We ended up ordering for pick up through the website. I loved the updated screen on the wall. It was cool to follow how long your pizza was expected to be ready. I just wish it was actually accurate.
Our pizza was supposed to have been ready already. I watched the employees crank out the pizzas and place them on the counter. I ordered the cheesy bites pizza, half sausage and half pepperoni. I swear I saw our pizza come out but the person kept stacking boxes on top of each other. I figured it was part of a large order.
10 minutes later, the cashier grabs the pizza and calls out my name. My pizza had been sitting there for an unnecessary 10 minutes. I had been standing there for no reason for 10 minutes. Keep in mind, the cashier only had one customer after us. Lame-​o.
I wasn’t too big of a fan of the cheesy bites pizza. I think I’d actually prefer the stuffed crust instead. Will I come back? Sure. I just hope they will manage their time better in the future.

Ordered carry out online. Pizza wasn’t ready till five minutes after my proposed wait time, but I didn’t mind because the staff was really friendly. You can’t really go wrong with Pizza Hut. They are the best pizza place hands down. I’m so glad they finally opened one in the neighborhood.
The store is very modern and chic. They even have your name pop up on the tv screen to tell you when your order is ready.
Got the cheesy bite pizza with pepperoni. It was fantastic!
