I paid $ 40 for a horrible job on my acrylic nails and when I complain they try saying that’s what powder looks like, not the first time getting my nails done. and when I asked for the manager they ignore me and walked away!!! first and last time here!!!

I’ve been here a few times with my boyfriend, best friends and even by myself. I am always happy with the work they do! We keep coming back because they have the best deal for a spa manicure and they really take their time to help you relax! I’ve always been a walk-​in and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 mins for service. I have only gotten pedicures with them, but Jenna is great and gentle especially on anyone that’s ticklish. They don’t pressure you into getting other services or try to up sell. I will be coming back!

Been coming here for years, since they opened, loved this place for many years just seems to be going down hill, nail dryers don’t dry nails, suspect they are using cheap bulbs instead of the ones required to dry your nails, and the dryers are dirty, switches are dirty, where you place your hands feels gross. Younger inexperienced girls not doing a good job. Had a pedicure and manicure and my nails peeled the next day, went back and she would only fix my nails on my hands, so now my toes and hands don’t match as I had paid for, just frustrating, time to start trying other salons.

Great job they will see you in time if you have an appointment the pedicure area looked clean and I enjoyed the service

If I could give them zero stars I would not hesitate to. My nails looked so terrible I had to go to another nail shop right afterwards to get them redone. It’s also always packed, so they’re just rushing to get you out the seat so they can service someone else. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been going to nail Château for several years always treated with the upmost disrespect. I made an appointment on Saturday April 2^nd at 4 o’clock. Had an idea of what I wanted and pictures the young lady that I had made the appointment with that I have been going to for a while. Said she could not do it followed up with maybe you should go to a salon that can do it for you. And walked away I turned around to see where she had gone and she had disappeared. Horrified with what had just happened and with a couple of customers looking at the situation. I was totally embarrassed. So I walked out. I will never never never going back to that Salon again. I’m still in shock about the situation

Miley has been doing my nails for nearly 3 years. She has consistently l done an amazing job each and every time. I always get pink and white acrylic and vary between regular white and glitter white powder for the tips and always use medium pink for the nail bed. This is definitely the best nail shop I have ever been to in the Sacramento (primarily south) area and Elk Grove. It’s clean, classy, and not exorbitantly expensive, but the price you pay is on par with the quality of the work. Even though I no longer live in Elk Grove anymore I gladly make the short drive because as any woman knows, when you find a nail tech who does quality work and does what you ask, you stay loyal.

Bo always does the best work!!! I love how she takes her time on making sure she does a clean job! She did my nails for me EXACTLY how I wanted. I don’t like fake nails, & wanted my natural long nails to look a certain way but I didn’t know the color name, she used two colors to make the look! OPI GEL ³⁵⁄₃₇. She took the time out to help me & I couldn’t have been happier with the results! She is definitely my nail girl, been going to her 3 times now, always always so pleased!

Today was my first time at this nail salon. One of my friends suggested this place. I walked in around 5pm and the place was packed. The person I got was Thuong. She was super friendly and asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a certain design that I found on Instagram. I was going for gel, so I selected the colors I wanted. If you want good artwork and friendly service! I recommend Thuong (Tong). She is awesome! Book an appointment with her. She only works there weekends.

I have been coming to this salon for about 2 – 3 years and haven’t had a bad experience. One of the cleanest and well organized salons I have been to.
They take appointments and also accept walk-​ins. I usually just walk in. If I have to wait, it isn’t very long. Don’t want to wait? Just call. They’ll give you a last minute appointment.
The techs have always done my nails as requested, take their time and are very detailed.
They offer a very wide selection of regular and gel polished, and colored powders.
I’ve read some of the other reviews and was actually a little shocked at the experiences they received.

Very nice clean, organized nail salon. My nail and toes look fabulous. I will definitely be back.

There are a few ladies working there who do an excellent job. They make conversation yet don’t over do it! Their service is always 95+%. I enjoy this place. Prices COULD be a little less but still great service.

I think this nail place is quite possibly the worst I’ve ever been to up to date. I needed to get some of my fake nails and gel residue off of my nails after cutting all of my French tips off. I just searched for the nearest nail salon and this one was it!
So one star for being able to take me in as a walk in promptly. Another star for the selection of polishes available. Other than that, I don’t really have a lot of good things to say. The person who was working on my nails made me feel some type of way (not in the good way) about my nails. It’s one thing to have a nail tech just not talk to you at all during the session, but this one was really rude and lightweight condescending. I just wanted my nails taken off but she said it was $ 10 including a polish. I typically always get a gel French manicure, but after experiencing the nail tech; I wanted to be in and out of there asap.

Go see Jenna for the best manicures. She’s fun to talk to and my gel manicures last very long (3 weeks plus.) See the picture of jack from nightmare before Christmas.

Beautiful inside. However customer service sucks. The lady left hair in my nails and didn’t do the hand message after my gel nails but did everyone else’s. She would stare and me with a glare very uncomfortable. I gave you then 1 star for how nice and the cleanliness. Definitely would not recommend go to a different nail salon! The ladies Name was Kelly.

I used to go here all the time, until I realized they would keep changing the price every time I would come back, for the same exact services… They honestly are not that great. I have to correct them numerous times just to make my nails look good and they become frustrated when I do and try to shut me up… Some ladies are rude. Not that clean… Takes awhile to become seated. I recommend Nick from Polished Bar in Elk Grove if your looking for perfect nails.

Went in for a polish change on acrylic nails. My nail tech at station 2 left my old polish on the inside of my nails. She was filing my nails with a drill so hard, I said they were Burning and was told «because they’re thin «and kept going. My nails still have the old color showing in the corners. What an awful experience. The only good tech there is Anna. I regret not asking for her.

When I first came in I told them I just needed a pedicure and I asked them if they had time. She said yes, and motioned for me to sit in a pedicure chair. I waited 20 min sitting in the chair with no water. They even took 2 people before me and turned on their water and started on them (maybe they had an appointment?)
Finally i asked if they were going to start soon because I had a dentist appt 2 doors down. She then turned on the water after I complained, cool water. (No bath salts) Soaked for about 10 min until she came over. Bo did my nails and she was sweet. She apologized for the wait and did a good job. Although because she started late I feel like it was a rushed job. She only took 30 minutes to do the $ 25 pedicure. Any decent place is usually 45 min.
So after I got my cavity filled, I thought well I’d love to get acrylic nails put on. I was hesitant to go back in to this place. But I thought well I’m already here. And if there’s a long wait I’ll just go.
They got me right in and Jenna did the acrylic nails. She was acting snippy right away. She said gel nails are better for you, you should do those. I said well I like the tips. She put them on and asked me what I wanted. I wasn’t sure about pink or white or a color. I started asking her questions about the powder and she acted all annoyed. I asked her opinion on a couple things and she was very snotty with her answers. Finally we decided on a plain acrylic. Because of the design I wanted. I wasn’t sure on the color and asked her opinion again, she continued with the snotty answers and rude tone.
I was shocked by her attitude… add that to my earlier experience and will never be back.

Pedicures are hit and miss. They always do a great job cleaning up your cuticles etc, but sometimes I feel like I leave with a messy paint job depending on who I get.
I do appreciate how clean the place is, a large number of colors to choose from, and always provide a cold water!
Why do I keep coming back?! Bo!!! She’s amazing and does such an amazing job with my gel manicures. She pays attention to detail and ensures that you leave with a fabulous manicure that will last.

Horrible service maybe that’s why they have 3 ½ stars!
Tammy is the nail lady I had with orange hair! On the phone they said it was $ 15 for a fill but when I was finished she said $ 20 I’m sure she just included her tip in there.
She also asked me if I wanted debit or credit. I told her debit and she still charged me $ 20 credit way before she even asked me.
Not sure if she is experienced or not but she doesn’t know how to properly clean nails and shape them into the shapes you want. If you don’t know how to shape them a certain way ask a co– worked to help you out at least. Or say you don’t know how to do it, instead of taking my money. I would never come here again you guys deserve no stars!
I have never been so upset leaving a nail shop until now. Please tell your friends not to come here don’t let the outside fool you or the neighborhood! I rather go to Venus or the one next to walsgreen
