Joe Dornblaser has been cutting my hair for about 8 years now and I am always happy with the results. The place is laid back, and is comfortable for both men and women. Joe has a great way about him — he’s engaging to talk to and funny. He puts you at ease immediately. We’ve had our daughters in for cuts and my wife too. Everyone loves Joe. It’s not every stylist that can be effective with such a wide range of customers, but Joe hits it out of the park every time. And he has sports magazines too!

Joe is great! Down to earth, gives a great haircut and charges a more than fair price. He has even stayed later in the evening to allow me time to get back to El Segundo in rush hour traffic. I am so relieved to find a local place to get the perfect cut without the outrageous prices and snobby «stylists» that seem to be everywhere in LA. My next trip to Joe will be for a color. If his coloring is anything like his cutting, I’m confident I will walk away as a happy customer!

So I went here the other week on the recommendation of a friend of mine who’s been going to Dornblaser’s since she was a little girl. I was really nervous, as this was the first time I was using someone new after going to the same stylist for over 12 years. But Maureen made me so comfortable and was really considerate. She asked me every step of the way whether or not I liked what she was doing with my hair, and my hair turned out great (and at a much cheaper price than what I normally pay). I’m definitely coming back here :)
