The only great thing about this place was our server She was fun and had high energy. We were able to get seated right away but on our way to the seats, the hostess was stopped by TWO different servers and two different times trying to have us seated in their section(pretty unprofessional). We were seated and greeted by our server and had a great time talking with her while she took our orders. The food was okay but the plates and glass was dirty! ! Husband and I will probably not return.

I have had a mixed bag with this restaurant. It is consistent I’m its inconsistency. I have had drinks that I usually like, like a martini, nearly undrinkable and then I get the perfect bloody Mary. Even the food leaves me guessing. The bread for example is good, but there are occasional chunks of bitterness in it. I tried again at a friend’s birthday get together and ate appetizers for the dinner. the first thing I got was mushroom fries. They are battered Portobello mushrooms coated and fried and topped with cheese. These were pretty good, but I found both accompanying sauces inedible(and I like balsamic, which was the base of one). Next I tried the Mac and cheese bites. Fried Mac and cheese? Yes please. Nearly perfect, only I would’ve probably used a sharper cheese. Again, the downfall was the accompanying sauce. It was a truffle sauce. Although truffle is one of my favorite ingredients, I couldn’t get past the consistency of the sauce which reminded me of watered down milk. The last dish was my favorite of the evening: peppadew peppers stuffed with goat cheese. They used a mild goat cheese and stuffed it on sweet peppers. If I could’ve ordered note if those I would have. Special kudos to all the servers who have been great, especially to this recent one who combined my appetizers into one order, saving me money when I didn’t know it was even possible!

I got the shrimp pasta and it was divine. The light sauce made it a joy that eat over the norm heavy pastas. True Italian restaurant. The olive oil dip for the bread I did not enjoy, but to each their own. My wife got the chicken which came with a side of noodles. It was also delicious. I will be back and definitely recommend this place over Olive Garden. Lol

Server Victor was rude to my date and I. He made a smirk when we asked for change back on our tab. Also, our drinks were constantly empty for most of our visit. The food was excellent though. Too bad servers are rude when you ask for change. I guess they expect an 18 dollar tip on a 42 dollar bill, even after his negligence. The entire time we waited on drinks, he was sitting in a booth talking to a friend who had come in to eat, clearly visible to the people he was serving.

Place was clean, wait staff was friendly and attentive, and we went on a Saturday for dinner. We received our food quickly. The food was fresh they brought us bread as a free appetizer. Ordered the pizza to share between me and another person it was enough to full us both up. A bit pricey but the servings are generous. Will be back. I would recommend

Pasta was still hard on both the spaghetti and Penne pasta. Server was great though and fixed it for us. Mac and cheese bites and the meatballs were amazing though.

Went here the other night with a good friend, very basic Italian. The venue is very well decorated, gives off a good welcome vibe. I ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms as an appetizer; and for the main course Pasta Di Mare. The mushrooms were very tasty, and I went with the Di Mare because of the seafood(mussels, scollops & shrimp) also regarding it was one of the few dishes that was labeled as «freshly made pasta». Which I was excited for, unfortunately the noodles themselves came out very rough. The sauce and seafood were great but considering the quality put into the noodles stopped me from being able to finish the $ 18 dish. Would I go back? Yes but I’d most likely never order a pasta dish again. The environment, kind staff and wine made for the enjoyable part of the night.

Macaroni grill is now serving breakfast brunch! Our food was delicious and the service was amazing! The server Paulina informed us about the new menu items and was very attentive. We will definitely come back.

Had not been to «Macaroni Grill» for some time. Service was excellent(and they were busy}. The food was tasty. However(oops, sorry), I had the lasagna and the noodles were way overcooked — too mushy! My friend had a fettucini dish. Again, although tasty, noodles ere the opposite — seemed too starchy, as though cooked w/o boiling 1st(?) and a bit too firm. Thanks! ST

Had a coupon so I figured that I would give this place a try I haven’t eaten here in many years … No to try this restaurant and it was for the 7.00 express lunch. You cannot order your food at the table they sat me down and then told me to get up to the counter to order my food so I assumed that I would be eating at the counter. No, they made me get up to look at the menu then pay there, then sit down and wait for the food. I felt so list like I didn’t belong with the other people getting table service. They have no signage or anything explaining how that service works and that it is not connected to the regular table service. After I ate and left I called the manager to explain my feelings and she didn’t care, then I told her that I left a three dollar tip and does the server get it and she said no the cashier gets it. That is really messed up. Then I spoke to the district manager and he did care either. I didn’t ask for any compensation for the bad experience I had and neither of them offered either. The least they could have done is offered the same buy one meal get one free on their table service but I guess customer service is not their thing. I would never ever eat there again because of how I was treated after I spoke to them. They just didn’t really care. I was a retail manager for ten years. You don’t treat your customers that way. Good luck if you want to try this place. They don’t know if they want to be fine dining or McDonald’s. I hope they figure it out soon became they will be out of business.

I haven’t eaten at this chain in years due to no locations near us. I was excited to stop and have their shrimp, mushroom spinach pine nut pasta.(Shrimp Portifino). It was even better than I remembered. It really was amazing Service was attentive and my husband’s flatbread meal was done well. The sauce is spicy. Which is a problem for him, but otherwise we’ll done Been traveling for over three weeks. This was one of the best meals so far

What can I say… the staff was really nice and we had a good waitress. The only not so good part was the food. I had the pasta de mare which is a sea food dish but the pasta was really though. The kiddos had the Alfredo from what I saw the sauce was very watery not as thick as other places… I would go back but just because of the service.

If you’re looking for some decent, basic Italian, Romano’s is a totes A-OK place to go. I personally like the food at the OG better, but the difference isn’t tremendous, they’re priced about the same, but Romano’s has a shorter wait. I was watching a recent episode of Teen Titans in which they were eating spaghetti and meatballs, and I thought«man, I could really go for some S&M!» but I was also craving spaghetti and meatballs, so even though I’m not a Teen Titan, I said«Titans GO!» to get spaghetti. They’ve been running Romano’s Macaroni Grill commercials like crazy, and since I do whatever TV tells me to do, I came here. Long story even longer, the spaghetti and meatballs here was alright, the meat sauce is a little bland, but the meatballs were pretty awesome. You also get a lot, so hurray for no portion control! Mac and Cheese bites are also good. The bread tastes weird, the oil and pepper makes it taste weirder, but it’s free, so… Why does the bread have to taste so weird?! Good casual atmosphere and service, they write on your table with crayons, that’s always a plus. Shout out to my girl Starfire.

Good service, terrible food. We just wanted a dinner with flavor. Paying 23 dollars for a plate I would expect at least some decent seasoning. I ordered the pasta di mare expecting a good seafood medley and instead I received salty tomato paste atop my pasta. Will never be back, no selection, bad food.

I’ve been here 4 times this week for the new menu, taste testing all of the new dishes on their lunch and dinner menus are delicious. Lorenzo in the kitchen is so accommodating… the food is very good, I recommend these new dishes and for the price you can’t beat it!!!

I use to love this place, I would order the Parmesan crusted chicken salad all the time. I got it for take out today and I got like 4 small pieces of chicken no balsamic vinaigrette that they usually add to it and no cheese. I am so disappointed. But then again this is the first time I go back in like a year. Things have definitely changed. Not happy at all!!! They gave me a loaf of bread, which is I feel what I paid $ 11 for.

I was very pleased with the service! We called ahead for a reservation for our group of 15. By the time we got there our table was ready. Rare for a Friday night since another lousy restaurant quoted us Wait time 2 hours. The food was delicious! The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy! It was perfect! The food was worth the price! Our server was patient with us and very friendly! Everything was awesome! I recommend this place 100%

They get a 3 start. Food and service is great however after telling them to turn on the AC restaurant was hot and stuffy. Very uncomfortable. According to them the kitchen was too busy and the heat was coming on the restaurant.
