Working to acquire new two-​pocket folders for my specific work group in the Ysleta Independent School District, I have visited various suppliers for low bid on the product. Motoring to one of my assigned campuses, this store was conveniently enroute and I stopped. I was immediately met by a cheery floor manager, Charlie, who addressed my needs immediately. Unfortunately, the specific person capable of handing my request was unavailable and I couldn’t stay longer – my school work was increasing exponentially the longer away from my office. While returning home after the workday, I retraced my route and stopped once more. This time I met with dedicated store manager Erika, who gave me the exact information required for me to submit to higher authorities for a Purchase Order. Although she was not the specific person I needed 8 hours before, Erika more than met my information requirements. This clean, well-​lit store has a multitude of office supplies, staffed with friendly, knowledgeable personnel, all eager to assist customers. You can be I’ll return!
