Worst subway I ever tasted and went to. Ingredients were not fresh; everything look like they were sitting here for hours because they looked like they were rotting or browning down there. Only had 2 workers, messed my up sauces, barely out any meat &a cheese, and toasted my cousin’s sandwich on accident. One of the workers did not speak clearly or loudly enough to understand. Did not even wrote down which sandwhiches are which. Overall, the product itself smelled funny and tasted sour.

Great place to eat probably the best subway I’ve been to I love the man and woman who own this location they care about their customers and are really nice people. However they have an employee that works in the afternoon that is not so friendly I’m a regular customer and I’m watching my weight and I almost always order a salad I don’t know this girls name but I can tell she HATES making salads when I come in she’ll automatically know what I want and walk to the back and have her co worker make my salad she’ll sit in the back on her phone. When she has to make my salad because her co worker is busy with someone else she seems a bit irritated to be making a salad. She’s never been terribly rude I can just see the irritation in her body language and tone of voice if she’s like this to me she’s probably like this to every other customer who orders a salad. I don’t expect her to be over enthusiastic about it but being annoyed and making your co worker do all the salads isn’t right

Worst customer service, waited almost half an hour for only one sandwich on a very slow evening. Two employees were super slow, don’t go there

I am a regular Subway customer at many different locations, and I had one of the worst experiences at this location in the EDH Town Center. I was the only customer in the restaurant, and an employee named Caryn was the only one behind the counter. I ordered two sandwiches. Caryn repeatedly asked me the same questions(what kind of bread, what kind of cheese) because she wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying. I asked for mustard, and she drenched the sandwich in it. I told her all the produce I wanted, and she proceeded to add jalapenos which I did not want or ask for. Then she made up some excuse that I said jalapenos, when in fact, I hate spicy stuff so there is no way I would ever say jalapenos. I ordered a second sandwich for my wife. We asked for sriracha sauce, and Caryn instead put chipotle sauce. We corrected her, and she started wiping the chipotle off the bread. We gave her a disapproving look, then she asked if we wanted her to make a completely new sandwich. We said yes, and she acted like she was very inconvenienced. So she made the sandwich correctly, but then DRENCHED it in sriracha sauce. I got to the cash register and asked to pay with Apple Pay. Caryn said they did not accept apple pay. I said yes, subway accepts it. Then she said she wasn’t trained on how to process it. WTF! So I told her how to process it since I have paid with Apple Pay at subway HUNDREDS of times. Apple pay worked, no surprise, and Caryn acted like it was the coolest thing. What a noob. I don’t think this bad review represents Subway, or this particular location, but Caryn just made my experience very negative.

I usually don’t go to this subway because I have had terrible experiences in the past, but this week I found myself here twice out of convenience as it is near to my work. The first time I went in this week a younger guy made my sandwich I was not pleased with the turn out as the bread was falling apart and the sandwich altogether was made very poorly. Tonight I came in with my girlfriend and we split a footlong. The girl that helped us had a bad attitude. She took her time talking to her co-worker before she attended to the line that was waiting on her. After she proceeded to also make the sandwich very poorly with a bad attitude. When we asked for more veggies on the sandwich because she barley put any on she said and I quote«the owner tells us not to put a lot of produce». As we got to the checkout, I attempted to pay with a credit card however the machine was not taking it. I tired a different card and it didn’t work, my girlfriend ended up paying with her cash. Overall I was really disappointed with the meal and the way we were treated. It was quite unpleasant!

Sadly, I’ve become a weekday lunchtime regular here. The staff greets me with a smile each time I walk in, and several of them ask«same thing»? Very personal service, and tasty sandwiches. Hard to complain about that.

I stopped here for my lunch break because it seemed like the most wallet friendly spot in the area and I only wanted to spend around $ 4. I noticed the soup of the day was Broccoli Cheddar(yum!) so I asked one of the three female employees if it was vegetarian friendly(no chicken stock). She seemed instantly irritated with my inquiry and said, «I don’t know, I think so». I asked if there was anyone there who would know for sure but she said no. As a vegetarian, I am quite used to limited choices on a menu, especially when it comes to fast food, so it was no problem for me to change my order to something else. I just think it’s a good idea to keep employees informed, or have the information readily available, because vegetarianism is increasingly popular. Anyway, I moved on to ordering a sandwich. I asked a different employee than the first if the veggie sandwich came with avocado. She said yes and asked what bread I wanted. When I made it to the cash register, I was rung by the short tempered employee that originally helped me. She rang up my sandwich and added $ 1.50 for the avocado. I tried to explain to her what I was told when making the sandwich and that if I had known I would have just skipped it, so she proceeded to snap at the other two employees(loudly) making the whole situation incredibly awkward. She then used her BAREHANDS to flick the avocado of the sandwich, leaving me and another employee staring at each other dumbfounded. Needless to say, I never ate the sandwich. Bad service ruins my appetite.

It’s Subway, but this one is located in my backyard, El Dorado Hills Town Center. I love the cleanliness here. It also seems like ingredients are kept a little fresher than most Subways. They have some breakfast sandwiches for early risers that will get you by, but I would stick to the lunch/dinner menu.
