I’m going to have to give a five star review for my party order.
I ordered a fajita bar for my daughters first birthday. We got chicken and steak fajitas. It came with tortillas (flour and corn) cheese, chips, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, rice, beans and grilled peppers and onions.
Everyone loved it! The food was ready on time and reasonably priced.
It was more than enough food and we leftovers too so it will be a nice treat to share with the family that’s still in town.
Would definitely recommend Cass Ramos for large party orders.

I have been to this location multiple times. I don’t know why… But I have. Very mediocre food, service is spotty. They think because it is in El Dorado Hills they can charge an obscene amount of money for their food. Maybe it’s because of the rent. But, if you want to charge a lot, train your waiters to always make sure customers waters are filled. If we are going to pay a lot for your food I would like to try and enjoy it while not being thirsty. This really is the #1 resturant customer service code.

Mediocre Mexican food. Store bought crunchy taco shells just like at Taco Bell (which was soggy all the way through by the time I got my food. Had to use a fork). Not a place to go if you want good Mexican food. It has a nice atmosphere so it might be good for cocktails.

All these reviews are making me hungry, hey I’ll happily splurge at this place! We’ve been satisfied every time we came. OK except… last time. We wanted a drink before going to see a movie and sat at the bar. That may be the kicker here. We sat for such a long time before we got service. We ordered a Pina Colada and a Long Island (I know, so original) and the bartender-​maybe she wasn’t the bartender and just filling in hoping we’d ordered a beer-​had to ask how to make the drinks.
Other than that one black mark on the record, we’ve been impressed by the service, food, and pricing every time!

Was raining cats and dogs when Stormy and I sloshed into this edition of the CR franchise. We both had the tortilla soup which was ok but not to die for. It was warm not hot which was part of the problem.
Just nothing special.
