Horrible experience. Service was terrible. Half the time we didn’t understand a word that was being said through mumbling and the other half of the time we had to sit there and listen to he other girl talk crap about her co worker under her breath. The sandwich was awful and poorly made. Don’t think ill ever go back.

Today marks the last visit for me — taking my business else where Just got back from the shop horrible experience the minute i walked in to the time i left — they should know me by now n what i do order because it’s the same thing every time — no welcome of any kind — had to repeat myself n they purposely pretended to not hear me –the sandwich was toasted when i pacifically said no toast and sad part of it all –same people — it’s one or the other = attentional /pretending 2 not understand in completing an order n following instructions. oh n the other thing is since it’s the exact same thing being ordered different price every time — what does that say? ?

Although I am a fan of Subway… at least once a day… I think their new coffee setup is a giant ripoff… they are using K-cups now… smaller serving cups(12 rather than 16 ounce)…charging $ 1.65 each… no refills… and tasted like muddy water… and the«sandwich artiste» had the«lugatz» to compare it to Starbucks. This is happening in several of the El Cajon stores, as well as elsewhere… it appears to be «corporate’s» way to generate extra money. Try for yourself… then let the store manager know what you think, as well as emailing Subway corporate

I was really disappointed by our sandwiches the last couple times. The bread was not so fresh and tasted a little stale .The worker who made my sandwich was very stingy with the vegetables, making my sandwich flat and boring. I hope the manager tells their staff to start making the sandwiches good again and to stop being chintzy ! On a good note the cookies were great as usual.

I have eaten at just about every Subway in the County at one time or another and all in El Cajon. None of them give the continued Great Cistomer Service as this locvation visit after visit. Every visit is greeted with«Welcome to Subway» a requirement but not someting that happens at others Was Sorry to see Ricky move on to a Higher paying Job in Law Enforcement he was great,. However Josh, Alex and Mojo all give me the best of Service every time. Very nice, always thank me for my continued business. thank me for compliments I send in the Corporate I mean they know whi iut is that sent them in even when I may be gone for a month or two on work. The Bread is always fresh. The food terrific and the Honesty unsurpassed I asked for Avocados a few months ago and Josh let me know they only had some over ripe ones and ones not ripe he did not want me to get something of poor quality I mean most places would have just said here I love this place and the Customer Service of these 4 and Ricky in the past have kept me coming back for 4 years
