Derek was very informative about the Free Drink Reward and what i could get, so i ordered a Venti Hot Salted Caramel Mocha with extra Caramel and Salt, made by Ryan, which was so delicious. I could drink 5 more.

Everytime I go there I feel so comfortable and at-​ease, The customer service is wonderful! One time I stayed late studying and the Barista gave me a free tart, Love this place! I totes recommend it!!!

This place sucks, I usually call after work at about 9.30 and already they are cleaning the floors and stacking chairs, though they don’t close until 10. This really makes me feel that the staff are all about getting home early than they are with customer service. Though its a little farther I like the Magnolia Starbucks, really great experienced baristas that clean the shop AFTER you leave.

Never had a problem at this location before. Staff is great for the most part. But, today, they suddenly decided to stop accepting a redemption card for a free drink that I received a few months back. Despite not having an expiration date, policy came down to stop accepting the redemption card. Just bad business. Irony is that I received the card for a poor customer service experience. The card was designed for customers who have a bad experience and the outside says:
«A cup should never be half empty…»
It’s now completely empty. Thanks Starbucks.
Called corporate while still in the store, and they offered to mail another gift card.
UPDATE: Corporate did sent another gift card, and then sum. They stepped up for sure. But still won’t go to this location.

This is my favorite Starbucks of all! sometimes I buy a drink everyday and other times more than once a day! The people who work there are so amazingly nice, kind, sweet, very friendly and they are just so perfect! They always make me want to go back for more! They know their customers by their names and know what each customer likes to drink because they are not just doing their job, but they actually CARE! My favorite drink is a tall Vanilla iced coffee. I used to like it every once in a while… but now I’m addicted to it thanks to the perfection skills of the best Starbucks team in the whole world! Thank you for being perfect just the way you are! I love you!!!

Very quick and friendly service. No drive through, but easily accessible from the highway. We tried the new flat white latte and it is not at all what I thought. If you like unflavorful coffee, this is for you. Otherwise, it’s not worth it. I’m not sure what Starbucks was attempting to achieve with this one.

Customer Service was great but this location has a few discrepancies. One homeless sit around the small patio which makes it hard to sit outside. The inside is very small and if you want to access a wall plug, you will find one on the ceiling which means computer cable cord hangs. Coffee was good therefore, this location is great for pick up and go service.

Im always so pleased when Victor remembers my drink order and is always so friendly. It just makes my mornings that much awesome and worthy to wake up. I appreciate that kind of great customer service especially for those that need the caffeine boost in the morning, it helps. The whole staff are friendly and welcoming as well. I wish i could give this place 6 stars :)

I have mixed feelings about this particular Starbucks. Their location is very convenient for me and I find myself meeting clients or stopping by to grab some coffee and do some work quite frequently, however it is not my favorite Starbucks.

I always receive phenomenal customer service here. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.

It is small, loud, minimal seating, no soft chairs or couches (due to space limitations) A strange fenced in patio area on the side. Plus, this location seems to attract an odd assortment of patrons causing the need for a combination lock on the restroom door and occasionally feeling a bit uncomfortable with the surroundings.

This particular Starbucks has, how can I put it and remain politically correct, quite an eclectic mixed crowd. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but just a note.
I have become particularly fond of their Black Iced Tea lately, so on my way home from dinner, I saw this place down the road, and I quickly pulled in. It was pretty busy, so I had time to check the place out. There was a lady sweeping up, and by the looks of what she had collected on here broom, the floor must of needed a sweep. When I got to the order, the girl behind the counter was cool. My type of coolness, totally down to earth, and level headed. Nice person. I ordered my tea and a mini vanilla bean scone, a vice of mine, and took a seat for a minute to relax and check my emails on my phone.
The place has a small outside seating area and is a typical rectangular location The service and product were both good.

It was Friday and I needed gas so i picked a freeway exit at random. I was already crashing since I hadn’t had my coffee yet. Busted out my trusty Starbuck app. and located this Starbucks.
As I walked in I already noticed the cashier was SUPER SUPER SUPER friendly. Like a little overwhelming for 7 AM. Luckily the Barista was down to earth and balanced out the cashier.
Service was just a little slow, but my drink was exactly the way I liked it. This place is a little small but it does the trick. They could benefit from maybe one more employee on a Friday morning but it wasn’t horrible. Just keep in mind you may have to wait a few extra minutes to get your drink here.
