The service, efficient and wait time on a Sunday morning was non existent but the place was packed as expected ! My server was Janet and she was very efficient and friendly. I came here about 3 days and she waited on me as well. I was pleasantly surprised that she brought out my extras without me having to ask for them as she remembered from the last time I was there. The restaurant is very clean, menus weren’t sticky as they usually are at a lot of the Dennys I’ve visited. Food wwas delivered exactly the way I ordered. 1

First, there was an older couple 5mins into us getting here shouting for the waiter that seated us which was named(Javier) for the bill smh.(Javier) hasn’t even checked on us and its been 15min now. Why did it take the bus boy to take our drinks and on top of that, he even noticed the two waiters that were working not serving us, or even attempting to ask of we were ok. So Ofcourse he took our order to. The waiter who seated us was on his phone on the other side of the restaurant while the girl was counting her tips. Worst Denny’s I’ve ever been too! Thank God for the bus boy(Juan) who took care of us and seeing how long it took his coworkers to NEVER come and check on us not once! The bus boy even asked the chick why we haven’t been served, her response was she didnt know we were over here? Wtf!!? While were eating people start coming and the girl finally starts seeing what they want to get. Next a couple sits across from us and the same thing happens another bus boy serves their drinks! Worst service EVER!!! I would give the bus boys the 6 stars if I could. They only received a second star from me bcuz of them. #dissapointed

Ashely did a great job serving us ! I’m a huge complainer but she handled it well lol, she was really sweet. She suggested options for my meal since I’m annoyingly picky, and her digestion was on point ! Also everyone who was working was very nice and welcoming.

So on the norm this Denny’s on Navajo is a decent place to eat. Day crew wait staff gets 5 stars. However I am writing this review as I’m sitting here at 130am with an empty cup. Our waiter this a.m. is always terrible. I can see why he works the 3rd shift here at Denny’s. If he worked any other time of day he would chase away all the customers. Right now I can hear him BSing in the back with the cooks while the ice is melting in my drink cup. The waitress that sat us in this guys section is also wandering around… oh scratch that she’s now sitting in a booth next to us on the phone instead of helping us out while our inattentive waiter is doing nothing. I think I’ve finally broken and won’t be returning to this Denny’s in the late night to early a.m. hours again.

This location needs to be refreshed. It’s dirty, smelly and just plain worn out. Typical Denny’s quality. Our server was friendly and attentive. Not a fan of the build a burger menu. I wouldn’t come back unless they give the place a deep clean.

Very disappointed in their changes to the crispy chicken salad. It no longer comes with a side of garlic toast which was standard before. My son also noticed the lack of croutons that were always present before. To top it off, the price has gone up. Not very happy. Their ranch was excellent as usual.

our family of four wanted to have a nice meal together before we drop our daughters off at school but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Five stars for the service. Our waitress was great. But unfortunately our food was horrible. I couldn’t even eat my food. My ice coffee has way to sweet my husband t bone steak was over cooked and over seasoned. My daughter ordered an Oreo milk shake a tasted horrible. And the icing on the cake was the $ 48.00 for horrible food. I’m hoping we learned our lesson and we will never be back to any Dennys chain. If your looking for good food don’t waste your time or money here find a good mom and pop breakfast place.

Morning service is great, even excellent. Evenings? Not so much. Horrible as a matter of fact. I basically had to go cook my own meal and get my own refills.(exaggerating here) But seriously though, we were in a section of many tables and everyone else was getting service except us. The«server“literally walks by us and ignores us. I’m wondering if we smell or something! Anyhow, my husband had to get up and ask the«manager»(who seems to be very entertained with his phone) for a soda refill. The man didn’t even take his cup, he just looked at him and asked who his server was. No wonder your employees suck. Now we are officially done with our meal, no server yet. I’m assuming at this point that the meal is free. Anyway, if you come to this restaurant around 6:30pm and get Javier as your server. RUN!!! He doesn’t like Mexicans. Lol. Too bad, we were going to leave a big fat tip.

It’s Denny’s, so I guess you don’t expect too much of the food. For the most part the food is not innovative, it’s just diner food and you go there expecting it to be adequate. They get that part right here. I honestly just order breakfast food here. It’s pretty hard to mess up breakfast food. The problem with this location is service. It’s not consistent. It was alright the first couple times we came here, not great, but not terrible. On our most recent visit it was not acceptable. Our server forgot more than a few items and had to be reminded several times. I don’t like going anywhere where the server sighs every time someone at the table asks for part of their meal that he forgot to bring. I get that he didn’t want to work and doesn’t like his job, but that’s really an issue with the management here, which is severely lacking. Probably the highlight of this Denny’s is the crane machine by the front counter. I’m pretty sure Denny’s doesn’t even own it though, but my lil dude enjoys winning stuffed animals out of there, so thanks for that Denny’s.

Food is okay for the price I guess. customer service is horrible here whoever does the hiring should be fired. then on top of that every time I go there this weirdo homeless guy is parked there and one night I came back to my car from eating with my BFF and he’s in the back of his gold older model jeep Cherokee parked in the corner making sexual noises with his car bouncing ewww gross my BFF and I will never go back there again. GROSS!

WOW! I officially cannot afford to take my family to Denny’s anymore every entrée is $ 10-$ 12, $ 11 for a burger and fries, $ 3 for a drink. These are Chili’s prices as a matter of fact Chili’s and Red Robbin have better prices. Look at my old review where Dennys was great, times have changed for this kind of money for OK food I have to go elsewhere.

Not so good customer service. If I’m going to pay 25+ dollars to eat here, I expect awesome customer; sadly, we didn’t. The waiter, a mexican guy(I think named Isaac) was an older guy, and I would see him on his phone. I know it’s Dennys, but I’ve had better customer service at other Dennys. I probably won’t be going back to this location; my money spent would’ve been better at Souplantation. The avocado Burger hardly had flavor. The taste of the red onions over powered the burger. I don’t recommend this location.

Although Denny’s patty melt is no longer on the menu, they will make it for you, you just have to ask. I ordered it with a side of onions rings in lieu of the typical french fries. The patty melts was quite traditional and came served on toasted rye bread, with grilled onions, American and Swiss cheese, and a hand press beef patty. I added pickles because that is the way I roll. The beef of the patty melt was well cooked and juicy, but the meat could of used some seasoning, so a added a bit of salt and a good amount of black pepper. The rye bread had a good buttery golden brown toast and a good crunch. The two cheese were well melted and tasted good, but the red onions were not sauteed appropriately as they should be for a proper patty melt. They were basically still raw and not rendered down as I was told they would be. Adding the pickles was a good call. They added a nice little crunch and a bit a sourness to the patty melt. The onions rings were, a little greasy, but tasted good and had a very good crunch. They were no doubt of the frozen variety, but they filled the need for a good side. I ate them with some Cholula bottled hot sauce. Service was okay. They took my order, brought my food over, and then brought me my bill when I asked for it. I paid at the counter and that was it! It may of not been very personable but efficient.

When talking about a place like Denny’s, I feel like the weight of the review and the experience should be placed heavier on the customer service rather than for the food itself. I mean for the most part, we all know how Denny’s food tastes — sometimes the meal you have chosen comes out great, sometimes it comes out disgusting — this is expected, at least from my experience and from what I have heard of. Thus, this review has nothing to do with the food, but solely the customer service. When I came here and I think I’ve been here twice total, but I remember the last that I was there more clearly than the other time. During this occasion, the waiter that we had was the manager of the restaurant, and he was just great. Very attentive, very caring, and did a very good job. We came during a very busy hour and the place was packed — which might be an explanation for why the manager was also playing the role of a waiter. Nevertheless, he rushed around and got around to all of the tables that he was taking care of in an appropriate amount of time. Whenever we asked for something, he turned on his heel and basically ran to go get what we asked. He was very fast, and very caring of all the customers. And that made for a good experience here, despite the food.

Called @ 11:23am, to confirm that they had Kids Eat Free Tuesday, Wednesday, & Saturday like most Denny’s. The gentlemen i spoke with confirmed they did, so we took the kids out for a family dinner. We waited for at least 7 minutes to be seated, despite there being few customers inside. Our server, was OK, but only came to see us once after bringing the food(which isn’t a norm @ this location, then again, neither was the wait or any of the additional issues) & that was to bring the bill. We tipped, & proceed to the registers. The Manager @ the time(I did not catch a name) rung us up without the Kids Eat Free designation. I informed him that I had spoke with someone earlier who told us that we would be able to allow the kids eat free & provided the name. The Manager, almost snidely replied«Well they were wrong!» I informed him that nearly EVERY Denny’s has the same offer & unless they are under different management(they aren’t) its something offered to everyone. He gave, what I’m assuming was a discount, although it was not what the offer implied. I have been to this Denny’s before & never had these issues, but I will definitely avoid going here now due to the overall bad experience.

This place today was amazing. Food was great. I was amazed at the egg and potato portions. This was unusual not use to seeing that amount but good. Thank you. My waiter was great. All in all I give a 5 star for my service today. Big plus+. You did very well in keeping the oil level down. I noticed no oil on my plate or sopping up my food. Also the salt level was great. Just enough that I could not taste it. Just how I like it. Keep up the good work.
