Dunkin’ Donuts

Never coming back! This was a convenient stop since I am always in the area, but I rather travel further or get McDonalds coffee. The girl that took my order has a huge attitude and so does a manager. I ordered a latte, it tasted like cigarettes. I asked for them to change it, and they told me I was wrong and do not know what a latte taste like. Is that how you speak to customers? Just a shame. The manager is not better and took the difference for my coffee out of their tip jar. Any other time I would refuse to take someone’s tips, but since the girl gave me an attitude, I didn’t think twice. Learn how to treat your customers better!

Worst Dunkin in Easton. The one girl that’s been working there for so long is always at drive through and is always rude. If you’re miserable at your job, why are you STILL there after all these years. And still getting orders wrong. I’m easy going when stuff gets messed up, no big deal things happen you don’t know what kind of day they had but don’t give me an attitude when you mess up my order and I ask if you could please stir my iced coffee so I don’t gulp down a pound of sugar! And then they don’t even actually stir it, just mix it around like that’s going to get all the sugar mixed in? Ridiculous. And don’t get me started on how they fill the cup up almost to the top with ice so you barely get any of your coffee

Can’t do two separate orders from drive-​through? It’s 5 degrees outside. But gave me 50c off my order.

Having come from New Jersey I am used to Dunkin Donuts being open all night and having the majority of their selection available during all hours. This Dunkin Donuts is not 24 hours but they tend to «close up shop» way before their end time. On numerous occasions, i have gone even an hour or more before they state they will close and I have been informed, we are out of donuts, our latte machine is down, we are closing soon so we are shutting down. The other day, my brother in law and I went there for an iced latte and a coffee. Latte machine broke, apparently no ice to make an iced coffee either, then an employee lady who was outside smoking shouted «we only have black coffee because we are closing!» Since there was 45 minutes to their actual closing time I was confused and my brother in law was offended at the shouting. Ended up driving away because the lady was rude. If you are going to state that you are open until a certain time, be open during that time. Don’t turn customers away because you are too lazy to stay to clean up after hours. Also if you run out of items hours before you close, make some more. I have seen other Dunkin locations that do this and operate wonderfully. Management needs to step up their overview of the night shift here.

Good coffee but this location tends to have slow service and often has a very limited selection of baked goods after the morning rush.
