Love this place every time I’m in Easton. Love the oldness of the building. The food is great. When I’m done eating, I go upstairs and browse the books, find a chair & relax

I’ve been in the area 10+ years and been coming here ever since then and they always get it right. Great food and service. The atmosphere is charming and adds to the experience. The food keeps you coming back.

The sandwich I ordered was pretty good but as a single traveller, I didn’t find the atmosphere very accommodating. They don’t have WIFI and I came in specifically to work in a nice atmosphere as a break from my hotel room. If you are stopping in with a companion or group, I imagine it would be great but I ordered my sandwich to go after realizing there was no wifi. The coffee was weak, in my opinion, and it comes in a mug for 1.95. I understand the importance of not being wasteful and conserving but the size of the mugs was not that large to warrant 1.95. Refills are 1.00. My bagel sandwich with egg whites and cheese and a mug of coffee cost over $ 8. I just wasn’t thrilled overall.

Fun atmosphere. I haven’t had much of a meal here, so I won’t speak to the food, but it’s a fun place to chat over a cup of coffee if that’s what you’re into.

Discovered this place years ago; then there were several years that passed where I didn’t go(not because of any negative experience; I simply wasn’t in the area), and then I went again a few months ago. A unique place, at least in my experience. In what was obviously once someone’s house, it has a café(which used to be in the back, and now seems to have moved up into a front room), and rooms full of old books. I’ve never eaten in the café, so have no opinion about the quality of food offered, although it does seem like a nice place to dawdle away a morning(or afternoon), if you’re so inclined. As for the books– I’ve been able to purchase some relatively obscure, esoteric volumes here over the years, and for not a lot of money. Space is limited, but the selection is impressive for all that, and I’ve always liked the atmosphere. I can’t pretend that I have a great deal of experience with bookstores(or any stores) in the Easton area, but every once in awhile, I do make a special effort to come out here, because it almost always proves worthwhile. Long may they reign!

I love it here. Quality coffee, service and food. I usually get two eggs, over medium, side of bacon, side of fruit. Might seem basic, but it is anything but(even though it is called the basic breakfast.) Their toast is out of this world, as is there fresh fruit. I hate going out for breakfast and getting fruit cocktail or a bunch of hard out of season melon. Always have a good meal and a good time! Highly recommend. Only thing is you will smell like bacon. But, is that a bad thing?

We stopped in after a long bike ride and ate outside on a bright sunny day. Service was good and the place was packed, but I am glad we ate outside. The small cooking area is essentially in the dining room and breakfast items are notoriously greasy. The result was a hot and heavy smell that was really a turn off. Given that the place is full of books and other organic material, the smell probably hangs around for a long time. Having said all that, we had a great meal. Menu is inventive and the food is fresh and prepared with care. Will be back but probably will not eat inside.

Love weekend breakfast at Quadrant. Even though it looks like its falling apart there is a charm to it. The omelets and coffee are really good. The omelets don’t come with potatoes so order them as a side.

Loved it! The Market Omelet with«marvelous multi-grain toast», fruit, and coffee was excellent, the service was friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant. As a stay-at-home mom of two preschool — age boys, I rarely get to go out for breakfast, let alone sit and read a book(I have vague memories of such times), but just sitting there with my delicious meal, absorbing the coziness, reading the titles of the books surrounding me, I felt soul-deep satisfied.

It’s a lovely cozy place with an operational fireplace. The customer service level is excellent right along with the food service. Please don’t forget to grab a book while your there. Also, on your way out, please check out the community board to see what’s going on around the town.

I love going here for breakfast. The coffee is ground in the bookstore, so you smell breakfast, coffee and books when you walk in. It’s the perfect place to have a slow, delicious start to your day.

One of my fave places in the LV. Food is always great and always friendly staff. My go to fave is the tuna melt on Rosemary bread with a sweet tea. Love to browse the books after eating.

During a recent visit to the Crayola Factory we wanted to sit down and eat a good lunch. My daughter is picky and wanted waffles for brunch so we decided to stop here. I had the«quadrant book club» which was amazing. I definitely recommend it as it was delicious. My daughter ended up having the French toast because the were out of pancake and waffle mix which was disappointing. The restaurant was small and a little cramped but it is full of charm with all of the books surrounding you. A little tip is they have coffee, water and I think juice which is all self serve. They don’t have any soft drink of any sort so bring your own if that is what you prefer.

I love this place, hands down the best french toast I have ever had in my life. No gimmicks needed, french toast, whipped cream and a little syrup and I am in heaven. I bring everyone who visits me here to eat. I always get one of their omelets of the day or one of their menu omelets and they are always amazing. The only draw back is I would say you get treated much better if you are a «regular»(I go about and average of once a month, I guess that isn’t regular enough) and sometimes I feel like their attitudes are so funky, but hey everyone has bad days… food is worth it clearly I keep coming back. Oh and it is a tiny place so you might have to wait for a table on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

Easily the best breakfast in all of Easton. Nothing else comes close. If I could I would live there.

For 20 years it has been a great way to spend a day with old books and good treats. Old book stores are getting scarce… enjoy this one. I love their coffee and food. I grew up in Allentown but a drive to Easton is worth in. :-) Check their Facebook [If you are a snob about food and service — its a BOOKSTORE — go somewhere else.]

More like 10 stars. People aren’t reviewing it in fear that they won’t find a table. I leisurely enjoyed a delicious breakfast with local ingredients and read for two hours. They totally didn’t mind. It was inexpensive and although I got a few extras to balance the fact that I hogged a table, they didn’t expect it. It’s a rainy-day reader’s dream come true. The back window is so picturesque. Great coffee too.
