It’s been over two weeks, and about 5 phone calls, and they have never returned our calls. We were trying to schedule Alex to come and fix our hot tub, and he never called. Then we called just to see if the parts were ordered, and Laurie said they’d check and call us back that day… well that was a week ago. Don’t bother. Terrible customer service.

Please do not use this company if you value your pool or your filter. The people at Aqua pools are dishonest, and unreliable– the owner is beyond rude– they are cheap for a reason! they only want your money! there is no reason to support a local business like this when there are plenty of other local people who actually want your business and care about their customers being happy.
if you value your back yard oasis, please call another company such as Integrity Pools of Easton PA– believe me, you will not regret the decision.
