I’m only giving s star. Because I’m being told to. I payed $ 53 FOR A FILLING. Not only was Susan rude and seemed to be extremely annoyed about having to help me she also kept on taking personal calls. Although the place is beautiful the owners are very rude and mean to the rest of their staff. Not to mention completely ovwr priced for quite frankly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ever in any store ever. My nails look terrible and I would never ever recommend this nail salón to anyone ever

First time going back in awhile because my usual spot was very busy and I was in desperate need. I walked in and didn’t wait long for my pedicure which was given by a really sweet girl. She did however cut my cuticle too low and I started to bleed. I brushed it off. I asked if I’d be done by 430… I arrived at 3:20 and the owner said no problem. More and more people kept coming in after me and the owners response to everyone was 20 minute. That was not happening considering only 3 girls were working. Anyway onto my gel manicure which wasn’t bad as well. When it came time to pay the owner was insisting I got an upgraded pedicure which I didn’t. She finally let it go and then charged me $ 5.00 to soak my gel off when I was getting a gel manicure. She told me next time I come I won’t charge you the $ 5.00. I showed her my card and made her aware I had been there before. She didn’t care and wanted the extra $ 5.00. Needless to say I won’t be back there.

If I could give NO stars I would. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER return to this disgusting place.
After receiving a mediocre manicure from the owner and a very nice pedicure from the adorable employee (that is treated like a slave by the owners) I went to the restroom. I left two piles for the tip by the dryer next to my friend which were clearly visible. After returning from the restroom the owner had the NERVE to say «you remember tip?» ARE YOU KIDDING?!?

I took my two piles and gave them both to the doll that did my pedicure. She and the other girl laughed because they knew their horrific boss was wrong and this WASN’T THE FIRST OFFENSE.
I’ve had this issue once before and brushed it off. What disgusting people. Will never return and hope Those sweet girls realize they’re better off without this place.

I walked in 50 minutes prior to closing asking for a mani pedi. They were not very friendly and when I sat down and started getting my pedicure I realized it was bc everyone wanted to go home and I was a rush job. There were two other girls in there getting manicures. They started doing my manicure while I was getting my pedicure. I asked the girl if they close at 7:30 like it said on the door and she said yes 7:30 if there are customers, if not 7. I told her I was in a wedding this weekend and didn’t want everything to be rushed and I could leave and go somewhere else, she said it was fine. They were very rough with me and rushed through the whole thing and kept yanking my arms and legs — not the relaxing experience I was hoping for! I finished 15 minutes prior to closing and dried my nails for 3 minutes bc everyone had their bags packed and I felt like I was holding everyone up from going home. I asked for change for a $ 10 to tip the girls bc I felt bad even though I was very unahppy. The owner woman then lectured me and told me next time not to wait till the last minute to ask for change — it was 7:20 — very nasty and unprofessional, there wont be a next time!

I’ve been stopping by this place for a little over a year now and I love the service. They do amazing eye brows and nails! Very friendly staff.

Sun Nails just lost a faithful customer. I made an appointment, specific ally told the owner I needed to leave in an hour for a mani/​pedi. I waited 30 minutes, and watched her take people who came after me. I finally got sick of being patient and walked out. My friends had already been boycotting her, now I see why.
