Lenscrafters

This store never answers the phone it will ring and ring. I have tried to call several times to see if my glasses were in before driving all the way there. Never have I been able to get a person in the phone. Terrible customer service.

The service in the store is unbelievably wondermous. (yes. It’s So good it deserves the hybrid word of enormously wonderful) so far however, we r having a not so good time with the product itself. My hubby is not too thrilled about his lenses. The front desk at the doctor’s office were not too friendly btw. But EVERYONE in the store department are wonderful especially the tiny blonde lady, the long blonde hair girl that wears the black stockings with flower designs, then the manager with the ray ban glasses. Few times now and I still haven’t tried to remember their names)!! LensCrafters have a 90 day return policy and unfortunately, we r going to have to return the glasses :(but we still love this store due to the store staff (And absolutely not the doctor’s office front desk… Those two girls were rude to customers and they do not hide their irritation if u ask them a question when it’s close to five pm) But all in all, I have been telling all my geeky friends if they want good customer service for their glasses, come check out lenscrafters at the Dville mall :)
