Rude. Rude front office staff. When taking my kids there I asked if I could look at the kids glasses while waiting. The woman with a desk in the glasses section yells rudely, «What insurance?» No hello how are you but yelled it out. I told her. She replied, «You can’t choose just whatever you want.» She showed me only what my daughter could choose. (Although my insurance pays for any glasses of my choosing.) I said I did not like these and she replied, «And your point?» My point was I walked out without seeing any doctor. Do not go here! They are rude and only want your insurance money. Go to Lenscrafters or Sam’s Club Optical. Very disappointed!
