Worst KFC ever. Skip this location. Over cooked tough chicken. Disgrace to the chain. They need to change something cause it’s not working. Only get the Taco Bell if anything.

I am always willing to give fast food places the benefit of the doubt. If the food comes out hot and fast, quality and nutrition be d*mned. The service at this location has always been hit or miss, but today’s poor showing was beyond the pale. It should not take 46 minutes to order and receive food. The food was cold, the service was glacial, and nobody seemed to care much. Avoid this place.

Definitely not the best KFC location in the area. The chicken is consistently good but the biscuits can be old and hard and the cookies way past their sell by point. The music volume is way to loud if you are eating in. The service is glacially slow and the restaurant itself is filthy. While I was standing at the front counter placing my order and waiting to pay I was able to see back into the kitchen area. There was cooked chicken on the floor! and bits of trash strewn around. I like KFC and will continue to eat their food but I will go a few miles down the road to their location in Tucker instead of this location.

Go before 9 pm as they close at 10 pm for KFC and they don’t like to make new chicken after 9 pm as they want to close the KFC and lobby. New remodel which looks inviting! This is a TACO BELL/​KFC but fast food is just that … Wish KFC was available until midnight!!! Urgggg

This is a combination KFC/​Taco Bell. Worst and slowest service I’ve ever had at any KFC or Taco Bell. Won’t ever go back to this place again.
